Note- the store has a label above the R&R notice saying only 1 of any mispriced multibuys will be refunded, the rest will be refunded the difference.

The addition to the CS notice is not in keeping with company policy. You should get them to call CS in Dundee about this. If you've been overcharged on the whole lot, you should be refunded the entire cost of the whole lot.

I always use my Tescos card and my Tescos credit card (I dont have any money-thats why I'm here)

A happy ending for this story.Kevin Kelly just phoned me back asking for the name of the manager I had my run in with.Five mins later he phoned again and told me he had spoken to the manager and he was very sorry for the problem,head to Tesco cs desk and there will be a new PSP and a Tekken game waiting.

Spikeybabe, the offers on the xbox are not a discount or reduced price the yellow SEL's are indicating that they are part of an offer which is and has been for the last month just with a diferent game of the week.

There is still a game of the week offer on that started today and the posters and yellow sels are interesting to say the least we need someone to check them by buying the items
