What is the success rate for RnR's in Tesco Metro's and Express stores. Are the staff usually on the ball in these small shops? Can anyone answer please?

i for one know that ive never got an R&R in the metro beside me and its quite annoying as i can walk to it but theres really no point if theres no freebies to be had! i think the bigger the store the more room for mistakes

Glossop Tesco - lots of mispriced beef - organic Argentinian frying beef, traditionally reared beef...lots

also X box poster still up and it says GOTW is Just Cause

Due to job do a lot of driving around Scotland. Today i was in Edinburgh Glasgow and Dundee visited Tescos in all three cities and without exception either the game posters were removed or they had covered up the discount portion of the poster. So it looks like (at least up here) they have twigged and have been ordered to remove or cover up.(i visited a total of 8 stores)

couldn't remember if the discount was coming off on that GOTW and so didn't try it, guess I should have done but was in a bit of a hurry

ahh i want it bad.. do i do an hour drive for it? hmm
EDIT: Does that mean just cause isn't GOTW? Thus the money won't come off thus an R&R?

The R&R Policy is the same for all stores.

However - the small shops do not usually have the big blue 'Our Promise' sign.

But - these stores will have A4 size signs up - usually at the entrance and at the till points - the "If things don't add up" paragraph is clear to see.

In my experience the small stores will tut and sigh, but give you the R&R.

The only problem is less staff = higher profile for you!
