Had a phone call from HO this morning confirming my refund for phone due to poster not having asterix on £20 offer.

Hi, my first post in this thread even though i've read it regularly since its creation many many months ago.

I finally let in and went to Tescos today to see if they had any Signage up for a 360 console or phone, to my dismay they had NO signage up anywhere instore for consoles/phone deals.

I did find this yellow SEL though, which expired 14/09/06 and wondered if the price was higher than it is advertised now? (They've removed the self-scan station I noticed, which is next to the entertainment section!)



Any help would be grateful. Please dont hate me cause i'm new!
Wasn't sure if this should go in the misprice thread, but as its unconfirmed i thought i'd best not.

Sorry, I wouldn't risk this one. DS's are generally confirmed as scanning correctly now so I'm pretty certain you will be disappointed.

Keep your eyes out for the PSP base/value packs.

The PSP's were there but had white SEL, and as there's no promotional signage up around the store for console + GOTW I dont think my local does it. Either that or i'm too slow and they've took it all down.

I'll check this thread out more often (the price mistakes one) and keep my eyes peeled in future!

The sign(s) I saw were white, small and right next to each console.

they all had the bundle offer (discount if bought with GOTW).

(The xbox bundle was £20 off)

That would be the old, fat DS - they have probably been out of stock for a while anyhoo. The new, slim DS LITE is only available (in the UK) in white or black.
