What makes you think London Tescos will be the first to take their posters down? From personal experience, it doesn't matter where the store is. It's all down to the incompetence of the store managers. Do you believe that London managers are less incompetent than managers in other parts of the country?


Get off the PC and go look in your local stores. It's clear you haven't even tried. People here aren't about to tell you which stores you can get a free console from. If they knew, they'd be down there themselves.

There is very little point in being told where someone has had r&r as the store usually removes the tickets/posters as soon as they have had to give a refund. Your best bet if you are new to this is to read the misprices thread, perhaps go back about a week and note the misprices, then go around your local stores to see if you can find any. If you can't find any either your stores are very good or you live near other MSErs. Very occasionally someone might post a misprice they have seen at a particular store and haven't gone for it, as I have today on the mis prices thread. But really you have to do the leg work yourself by going around a few Tescos. Good Luck.
Also it doesn't bother me personally but many on forums like this aren't keen on using texting style when posting, you might get a better response if you don't.

How do you know they will take the posters down in London first? You won't know unless you try. For your info, I'm not far from London and have managed 2 xbox 360s without having to ask people where to find them. I had to go out and look for myself, taking a full day of driving around to numerous stores if neccessary.

If anybody posts the name of a store that still has the posters up, one of two things will happen.

a) the store is immediately swamped by MSE'rs, local to the store. They will pick it up ages before you even get a chance to get there.

b) Tescos staff either at the store or head office who read this thread will see it, and have it taken down immediately.

Both lead to you not getting one.

The ONLY chance you have, is to travel to stores and LOOK FOR YOURSELF.

Have I made that simple enough for you to understand?
