I'm not quite sure what you mean by "seeking revenge" or who it was directed at. If you mean trying to get Tesco in as much trouble as possible for breaking the law, then I will admit to that and will stand up and be counted. You can call it revenge, or I could call it the desire to stand up to injustices. One man's terrorist is another man's freedom fighter. To me this is not just about getting freebies; it's about getting what's right.

But on the subject of going to the media and kicking up a big stink, I made this suggestion on the back of yesterday's discussions about banning which I have to say I found worrying.

IF banning orders become Tesco's standard way of dealing with multiple R+Rers, then we clearly have a big, and scandalous, issue to deal with. I think it was widely accepted yesterday that we'd have no form of recourse through Trading Standards or any other official body if we all got banned. I still think PR is a far more powerful tool than going through the courts, etc.

Nice one.. i looked on about 6 pages for the thread but couldnt see it.. still cant unless i use that link... strange. Maybe Tesco have accessed my Pc and tried stopping me access it! hehe

Indeed. The tesco (any company) board of directors couldn;t give a flying fsck what the courts say. You just have to look at how supermarkets continually flout planning law for evidence of this.

What they understand is a kick in the profits. And R&R is a fscking big kick in the profits when they messup like they have done this month.

I think it's quite selfish to say "But I want free things, don't tell everyone about it". I'd rather everyone knew about R&R rather than it become some sad little exclusive nerds club on the www. The website is subtitled 'consumer revernge' - not 'elitist mdidle class ...... getting more stuff for free even though they have enough already'.

Yasmin, it's a bit rude to keep repeatedly asking that question. Most people don't like naming the store on this thread because Tesco staff might identify them by it. Have a good read through this thread from the beginning and it will give you an idea of how to spot misprices in the stores near you.
