While we are on the subject of going slightly off subject. Do you think that if R&R keeps growing in popularity one day there will be a queue of R&Rers out side waiting for the doors to open and when they do it will be a mad dash. Like the sort of thing you used to see on supermarket sweep years ago and it went something like this...
"Oh and theres Jean, she is loading her trolly up with turkeys, Clive has gone straight for the DVDs, Jean has moved on to the tinned section and is bagging up on the big soups, Clive meanwhile is concentrating on electrical goods, beep beep times up lets see how they did"
"well the adding up has been done and Jean you managed to get 95.30 worth of goods, Clive you managed to get 120.67, unfortunatly though Clive the R&R for the DVDs did infact come off so you have had to return those which brings your total down to just 78.30. Jean is our winner!"
So remember folks, when you hear that sound, beep beep, it could be you on supermarket sweep.0 -

eh... try not laugh too much at me
just found out about how much freebies i could get from tesco but i'm not quite sure how the sel's work.
do i look for ones with yellow tickets? how do i know if white ones are out of date? tried one with a yellow sel that finished on the 17th but it scanned at right price...
i'm slightly confused... sorry0 -
I was thinking about something just now. About R&R, you know that magical thing that keeps us awake and seems to infuriate managers.
Everyone wins. Thats what I have decided. R&R is magical.
Tesco win because they stop multi million pound goverment law suits and all those TS and ASA descisions,
We win because we get free stuff
Ordinary joe public wins because they pay the correct price.
Everyone wins. Except the store staff, it gives them a sharp kick in the bonuses as it adds to their losses but then again they should check.
Magical indeed, makes you wonder why all big stores do not do it.0 -
Right can you lot stop posting so much overnight, by the time i've read them all I don't have time to check the news or ebay before I go to work, and the kids haven't had breakfast for days.0
