    By the way, when I rang CS a few days back, the CS rep told me should could see how many points I had at present and how many points I received in the last mailing. She told me how many points I currently have just by giving her my name, post code and house number. I doubt they can see exactly what you've been buying, however.

    Personally, I am sure they pass these details onto the stores, hence folk are getting bans

    I used my cc for my purchase. I don't have anything to hide. I have not done anything wrong. I was overcharged, I claimed my refund as per Tesco policy. Simple as that. If they want to look at my previous transactions, that's fine.
