How are they going to know if you've gone into a store, they don;t have your picture...do they?

I don't think using your own clubcard will be a good idea though, and getting any R&R's very difficult.

He can legally ban you from the store for no reason, he can not legally ban you from the store for expressing a legal and religious right.

You would have to prove that he was aware of your religion when he banned you, Kondormid. He cannot discriminated against something he is unaware of. I doubt a court of law would consider what you claim to be a religion as such. Seriously, you're on the wrong tack with this one. He won't give you a reason, thus using his right to ban you without reason. If you press for a reason, he will say that you were abusive to his staff. How are you going to prove you weren't? Your word against his and his staff.

Ok, so this PSP....

I've read all the way through and this is what I know:

there is a poster/sel/hanging POS that offers £10.00 off when you buy a PSP and the game of the week. The game of the week on the poster isn't the true game of the week, hence you don't get the discount.

Now, can anyone tell me which PSP the offer applies to (I think it is one priced at about £180.00, but can anyone confirm which this is?), also: what is the advertised GOTW, and what is the TRUE GOTW...?

I'm going to try this at my local extra tonight....

i think they have corrected it all now tried psp plus tekken today and the £10 was taken off went to cs and said i had changed my mind think they knew why as thye said yes we were told by ho today to check and make sure they all scan with the discount coming off

Well Done Re your PSP..........things are changing fast this week.....but last week the GOTW was Tekken(as it is this week), and the PSP's I got an RnR on were both the Value Pack White Ceramic at £179.99 and the £149.99 Black PSP 1003. In these cases it is the Save £10 when you buy a PSP....etc....where the fault lies(both these had white sels under them).......but you must have Tekken (GOTW)with it......as this RnR had nothing to do with being the wrong GOTW....

EDIT..........according to the previous post....things have moved fast(for once), and my answer is now only applicable to last week........

God. I'm trying my best to work and keep getting distracted! There are far too many posts to keep up with.
Regarding the banning of some people. I understand they can ban you without any cause, but if they are banning people after they have phoned HO regarding an over price they must know that it won't take long for someone to get in touch with trading standard, ask everyone else on this site to PM him/her with their details and trading standard could than see exactly what the situation is. That the ban comes into effect because you have been overcharged and asked them to Honor their price promise. The papers would love to get hold of a story like this. If enough people came forward it would show that TESCO are trying to hide the fact that overcharging is a daily occurrence and they are discriminating against certain members of the public for checking their receipts.
I haven't been banned yet, but it is only Monday :rolleyes:
