25p a night travelodge rooms - TODAY ONLY

When I click the 25p room, it comes up a lot dearer! Anyone else having this problem?

Yep, I agree. When you book the room and you want 2 people and it only shows up as 1 was my concern and I wasn't keen to risk it. Don't know if Travel Lodge need i.d or anything before you get your room?

Yep, this has happened to me and quite a few other people. Maybe it just isn't updating.

No ID needed at all. They give you an entry card(s) at check-in which you often need to get through the door to the corridor as well as the room. I don't think you'll have any trouble booked as 1 person, as long as the room itself is big enough (double/twin/family/whatever). If you're worried at all you should call the actual hotel and I bet they'll reassure you. If all else fails then just 1 of you go to check in and the other can join you 5 mins later!! (But I'm sure you won't need to do that!)

Not too sure about Sunderland. But you can't be too far from Newcastle Metro Centre? Would depend on your plans and if you were driving or on a good bus route mind. Hopefully a local can advise.

actually there is a way before you book but it's a little confusing. it gives you a warning that it's just for one peson
