:jMany thanks Meer. I just got one in the Gloucester Quays for 15 Dec. All inclusive of booking fee £1.25. It will be great for the Christmas shopping. Thanks mate.

I did try others and they all seemed to be gone. Glad to be so lucky.

Oh now i'm confused, just looked at the booking i made, it's a family room but there's nowhere to add people - so it thinks there's just one adult?

I've tried to amend booking but it won't let me change that bit?

Oh and it looks like they'll charge me a £5 fee to change it... how can that be right when there was no way to add other people on while booking?!!

I know what you mean, I had to end up losing a booking as it kept making it for one person. As soon as you put it into your basket you have to amend it at the top (when the red banner shows) else you can't...or at least I can't figure out how to either.

if you booked a family room then i dont think theres anything to worry about.. you dont have to put in how many people there are.
