Just have to say thanks to aliasojo. Our bay windows are tilt and turn, unlike the rest which open outwards, and I didn't think I could get blinds for them. Really pleased to find out about the perfect fit ones. :D

  • Reminds me of the one about the guy who asks his wife to moan and generally respond a bit more during sex.

So next time, he's in the throes of passion and she goes "I'm fed up of asking you, when you gonna paint the garage door?"
Please do not confuse me with other gratefulsforhelp. x

  • I always assumed everyone had matching blinds on all their windows at the front? Must be just me! The back doesn't a, but the bedrooms all match with the loung and dining room, bathroom is different, and kitchen doesn't have any 'cause I've never got round to it!
But all the rooms apart from the bathroom and kitchen have curtains too.

We have verticals on the living room, cream coloured.

    Silver venetians on the porch.

none on DD's room upstairs, they are to be replaced when we decorate her room. No-one can see in there though, no one over the road from us, the rest of the houses are further down the hill from us.

The decorating police will be round anytime now...

  • My blinds (all roman) appear white on the back view that you can see from the road, although they are different patterns on the fronts. I have to make sure they are all 'pulled' down to the same level in the front windows too! I don't bother so much about the back windows though.

Just look straight into your husbands eyes and just ask him "do you like living here" then you'll have your own way ;o)
