  • Hi everyone, just found I had £17.50 I hadn't used :T
  • Found £3-not a lot but every little helps!
Annual Grocery budget 2018 is £1500 pa £125 calendar month £28.84 pw for 3 adults
  • Having previously been told by tesco clubcard that out of date vouchers just fell off the system and they were lost I thought that was that. I read the article about reclaiming old vouchers, telephoned clubcard accounts department, spoke to a very nice operator who found them on their system. She then happily agreed to refund the points to my next statement (August). I will let you know if it goes belly up in August. Not an awful lot of money but as they say every little helps (£32 x 4 = £128).

Nothing unusual there - the first person you spoke to is correct - well almost - i.e. vouchers valid until 28/02/2012 & 30/03/2012 are still able to be converted back into points - anything older than that are DEAD.
The last person you spoke to was able to find vouchers that were still in date - but that you had lost - and convert them back into the system.
As a result of what was stated on the November statement about vouchers in myclubcardaccount - many people sorted out there lost vouchers then!
I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard
  • Very happy - I've just found I've got an extra £19.50 to spend at my next shop. Thanks Martin!

  • Yayyy! :j

Found £24.50 worth of expired vouchers in my purse (from 28th Feb 2012 and 31st March 2012) and thanks to no1catman, it gave me some confidence to ring up and ask for them to be re-issued.

I was indeed told, that as they were still on the 'system' that they would be re-issued in the August statement.

So happy, as now I can take advantage of the 5 x offer currently running, and take my children, grannies and grandads for a Day Out!

Thanks for the reminder MSE - and if you're reading this - check your wallets/purse and act quick!

    Cheers!

A quick phone call to Tescos and my £37 worth of expired (Feb 2012) were very quickly re-instated and will be credited to my account. They will then expire in 2 years time. Very friendly and helpful service, no problems at all. Thanks money saving expert !!!!. :j
  • Thanks for this tip. I found I had £118.00 worth of vouchers, some due to expire shortly, so I shall fun spending them!
  • Hi All!
Just wanted to say that I discovered £15.00 worth of vouchers unspent. That's a real bonus at the moment! Thanks for the info.
