Hi Geoff
Had exactly the same problem after about two weeks. However it seems to be working again now.0 -
Just recieved mine. Seems to work fine.
Thanks for the link. I am not claiming any benefits so it is open to anyone. Makes a nice change.

it said that to me at first, if you wait for a short while it loads up and then shows the offer.
it also says you can just put in 'gadget' as a code :-)0 -

I plugged in the lime plug and then plugged into the lime plug the extension lead (which my tv is attached to)
Once power is on then the lime plug red indicator flashes at a consistent speed repetitively. Use the remote (assign a key button) and hold that button whilst pointing as the little bulb receiver (attached to end of lime plug).
This causes the red indicator to flash quickly and disappear.
After that you just point the remote at the little bulb receiver and press assigned button to power up the extension lead...

Thanks Patch, can I ask should there be a remote for the Lime plug or are you just using a regular tv remote? Sorry to ask such a silly question, but I have previously tried the tv remote with no success! x[STRIKE]

There isn't a dedicated remote for the lime plug, but I have used an old VHS remote, an old freeview box remote and spare telly remote. All work fine as long as the plug is reset (or preferably turned off at the wall socket!) before the remote is used.Don't make old people mad. We don't like being old in the first place, so it doesn't take much to p*** us off.0 -
