I got my Lime infra-red plug and water widget delivered last Friday and it took about 3 weeks. The found out I had an electric shower and so the water widget shouldn't be used. The plug is great though!

I have also heard there have been some delays in people getting these gadgets but the site does not say how long it will take to dispatch and I guess there will be a LOT. I received my energy saving plug and shower water widget after about 3 weeks and now it doesn't matter about qualifying benefits as everyone is eligible - hopefully anybody waiting will receive theirs soon.

Savemoney - I just didn't realise it was a problem at first, I was just trying to spread the word about a great offer and a great charity is all :-/

Sarks - I'm using my plug too, it's working great at the mo and I also have an electric shower so unfortunately the widget is not suitable for me, but my sister is using it on hers. An offer worth taking up anyway, if it helps save money.

I have received mine too. Comes in a small box saying "Lime" and both accessories work well. The plug thing in particular is very good. As for the shpower gadget, makes no difference when you have a shower so will see with my next water bill lol!!

I put in my son's name, he is genuinely receiving benefits (and the plug is genuinely for him as he has the most electronic gadgets in his room - recording stuff, pc etc...) so I hope we get it!

Got mine today, took about a month from ordering it. Plug and a shower widget in the box.

I'm not sure which order it came for though. I ordered once with that newsletter MSE sent out, using the green1 code; and once again when I heard a bunch of people got theirs in August, and I haven't had anything.

Had ordered it almost a month ago when the weekly email had included it and got both the gadgets in a box saying "Lime" on the top in the post today...
