She was last active on the 04/09/2010 ;) rather rude not to let others know how things were going.

Lent or Sent? I hope no MSEr is that daft. Let's face it, it could have been a wind up

Schools are all back now - I remember a wind up earlier this year from a poster who was actually a school pupil amusing himself in the holidays. I'm not suggesting that Ella is such a poster, but it is possible.

hi, just a very quick update my internet and phoneline have both been cut off, ive had to pay to use it for half an hour at the local libarey, i took all the letters n stuff back to my local mp after seeing him the first time and ive not heard anything since. ive rang twice and asked for him to contact me but still no reply so im going to email his office now see if that helps.
i sent the taxcredit form back without the childbenefit number early last week i dont know if they will process it without that number but i didnt know what else to do.
ive not heard anything what so ever from the childrens father not even a phone call to see if his children are ok.
and a notice to quit was posted through the door last week because of 8 weeks worth of rent arreas so dont know what will happen with that either.
i will keep you all updated the best i can thanks again for everyones support

If you have a section 21 notice and do not move out and the landlord has to get a possession order from court. You can fill out a defence form N something which you can try and get extra time in the property. The CAB and Shelter can help you with this but you need to act now. You will be excempt from paying court fees but you need to fill out another form.
  • Let this be a lesson to any mother out there

MAKE SURE THE CHILD BENEFIT IS IN YOUR NAME AND PAID INTO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT.

Can you claim JSA until you sort out the child benefit and tax credits? Not ideal; but at least you'll have some money coming in.
