    Here comes a massive post:p

QQ, ive got a bmi of 26 :( and im really struggling to get it down. I exercise 4-5 times a week, I eat cereal for breakfast, homemade soup or salad for dinner then an evening meal. I dont snack, unless its a banana or soemthing like that, I dont particularly like sweet things. Im not sure what else I can do. Any ideas? x
Your plan sounds good, 26 is very close to 25:cool:
    Good luck!

just won a rower off ebay, maybe that will help! x:j
    That'll do it!:j

I'm pretty sure I ov'd yesterday which is a good 5 days earlier than I thought I would if my cycle was back to some regularity. I could be wrong though as I only go by CM and I get a swollen feeling one side or the other round about where I imagine my ovaries to be, not very scientific!
Blood goes to those areas around ov, so it'll make things get swollen.
    In my case my v a g ? n a gets swollen around ov, and it's pretty accurate:cool:
I really need to get my finger out my bum and do something like lose weight/ eat better etc!!!
They say losing 10% can do the trick for us PCOSers:cool:

Evening all, well Ive had loads of pma this month. On CD24, 5 dpo and all of a sudden pma has taken a nosedive. Have had an awful day at work and its really got me down. I had to put a guy in consultation for redundancy and it was just awful....the poor guy was poleaxed.
    (((Hugs))) re work.
Get your PMA back up though. You are in a critical time of your cycle at 5DPO!:j
Do they help with TTC after mc, or would I have to be trying for 12m+
This is just to help me decide if a can be faffed to do it all!!
    I'm so sorry MSM
    smiley_hug.gif
They don't do anything after the 1st mc as others have said.
It may be an idea to put your OH/DH on folic acid as well, as that is know to help the swimmers. My DH is on it since my mc.

just a quick one (before i pop off to the gym!) BMI is a load of rubbish. It is unable to take into consideration muscle tone, so the more you exercise, the more muscles you get, the heavier you are, the higher your BMI.
    True, but I don't have any muscles:D
    pawpurrs wrote: »
Not much to report here, ssing as usual:rotfl:
    :naughty:
No need to SS until you get that headlights on 24/7:cool:
I agree but from the other extreme. My BMI is 17.5, apparently that is quite underweight but I am a size 10 and a very healthy size/shape. Not only does it not take into account muscle tone, it makes no allowances for the fact that we do have different builds. I could put on 4.5 stone and not be overweight according to my BMI but I dread to think what dress size I would be if I did that.

Update from me: I've been taking my temp like a good girl and I actually noticed my CM for about the first time ever today. It was clear and quite runny but fairly stretchy. Is that good?
    CM sounds brilliant, get BDing!:j
As for BMI, you may need to get it up to 19, as that's supposed to make you more fertile:)

    I do that sometimes:p

More cramps for me today and (tmi alert) my pelvic area seems 'swollen' if that's the right word.... Iyswim....

Had af types cramps yesterday swell as today. Hungry all the time and keep falling asleep, so tired at work....here's holding for a weekend BFP! SBDTA xx
    Fingers crossed:)
Thats 3 months running now ive had ewcm after not noticing it much over the last year or so. I really feel like my body finally ready after being on the pill for so long. I have a feeling my time is near :) i hope so anyway
    Great! Keep BDing!:j
I actually feel better in the daytime, (which is good for work :) ) and very nauseous in the night to the point where I feel I will start vomiting although haven't yet.
    (((Hugs))).
    tinksy wrote: »
ladies any ideas I am suffering from bloating and constipation sometimes around ov mainly in the two week wait. how can i combat this, my stomach is huge sometimes!
It's probably because you are oving:o
I don't know how to combat it, menopause?:D
Well it is later but i don't have exciting news, I thought this was finally CD1 but looks like it was a false alarm. Had some very definate blood streaked cm for a few hours but its amounted to nothing :(
(((Hugs))). Your temps are falling, so you may be right in thinking AF is near. If AF arrives tomorrow, then do you think you ov'd on CD70?
    euronorris wrote: »
You'd probably have to be an 8 even! I'm in the healthy range for BMI's, about 21.75, I think and a size 10.
    That's perfect BMI:cool:
    euronorris wrote: »
QQ - I dreamt that you announced you were pregnant last night! Hoping it's a premonition! :D
    :rotfl:
    Me in someone else's dream:D
    Hope it's a premonition:o
    smash7 wrote: »
Oooh!! Can you tell me what she looks like cause when I dream about TTC, I only ever see the back of her head!!! :o :rotfl:
You see the back of my head?:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
    euronorris wrote: »
My sister was told the same, pretty much and she did fall pregnant again 2 months after her miscarriage.

I don't think people realise how common miscarriages are. My Mum had 3 in total, but brought 5 pregnancies to term, and the miscarriages were not in a row.
My mum had one, two aunts had one each and my grandmother had one:o
No need for me to test on Saturday - got my AF yesterday ... and whilst I am a bit disappointed I am also (fingers crossed) hoping that this means with 2 CD26 I have regulated after coming off my pill.
    Oh I'm so sorry

    *Exactly* my problem.

Me three! I don't think I'd mind if someone said I wouldn't get a BFP for a year as long as I knew it was coming and when!

You sound very much like me Colli ... I would love to know exactly when so I stop obsessing about it! At least I think I have regulated and got my temperature thing coming so maybe just maybe I can get my timings right soon :T

Thanks QQ - I am ok about it previous months I have been really upset but I am ok this time (I think I am relieved I have settled hoefully into a regular pattern). We will be going back to the drawing board this month :rotfl:And have fun trying ;)

Strange how people dream about babies! My auntie had a dream she had a baby but couldn't cope with it so gave it to me ... she is on depo so can not get pregnant and her last dream about my cousin and her baby came true ... so superstitious (SP?) or not I hope she is correct :)

I'm in the process of being diagnosed with IBS. Waiting for confirmation appointment with GP next Friday. I have heard bout peppermint oil/tea so will buy some today. Have been having chamomille tea before bed which helps to settle it a bit more.

thanks big zippy. I actually don't eat alot of salt, trying peppermint tea at the mo to see if that helps!!!

Puppies, badboys, jugs, balloons, bosom, chumbawumbas (my current personal favourite!) :rotfl:

Ohh, CD12, and cramping quite a lot today. I wonder if I could be OV'ing? Although, my cumbawumbas aren't sore at all, and it would be much earlier than last month. Plus, between having the IUD inserted, recently coming off the pill, and tackling some emotional issues, I'm fully aware that it could be much later this month.

    We'll see.

QQ - my BMI is perfect? That's not what the Wii tells me, but that's why I don't like it! lol. Tells me I have to drop to 21 to be 'ideal'. Pffff, jog on Wii, jog on!
