QQ - please can you change my test date to 27 March and maybe ov to 1dpo..? What do you think?

Had it not for yesterday's huge drop, I'd have guessed 4dpo:o

My mossie bites have also swollen up, as they do (I'm allergic), and the one on my knee has made my knee very uncomfortable and achy. :(

Also, OH is very stressed at work at the moment, and with some other stuff with his family. So, we were having a long chat about it last night, to get it off his chest, and also try and figure out solutions etc. I think he's feeling a bit better, but a lot of the current problems we can't do much about and he just seemed so unhappy when he was heading to work yesterday. Broke my heart. :(

So, Friday it is, and it will probably hurt. And I couldn't get a late afternoon appt, only an early morning one, so I may have to take the day off as hols now as I also have another appt for something else at 2.30 that day. Arghhh.
Can't you phone up again later and ask for another doctor?

Thanks, and I already asked if another doctor could do it and she said that they were all booked also. But, she replied so quickly, I know she could not have checked!

It will be the same receptionist if I call back, and I am instantly recognisable because I'm English, so I don't think I'll get anywhere.

I have Friday off now anyway, so I can recover in peace if it's painful.

I have just been catching up (takes ages cos this thread moves so bloody quickly) as I've been away with work so unable to get on here. Anyway, I'm now CD3 which is rubbish. Af arrived just before my ridiculously long flight home and just wanted to curl up and go to sleep.

Also rubbish is the fact that when I was in bed yesterday afternoon recovering from my jetlag I was actually supposed to be at the hospital discussing my results with the consultant. Oops. I'm really annoyed with myself and DH (mainly lol) for forgetting it and now I'm also worried we'll be waiting ages for another appointment.

Phunkles - when I was PG I had no idea for ages because I still got AF (or so I thought) but it was very light compared to normal. I didn't end up testing until about 11 weeks though so I have no idea whether I'd have got a BFP or not before then.

    Congrats glittermonster :j

Musttryharder, why not put an ov line at CD18?

Erm how do I do that?

Euro - sometimes I've found that Drs receptionists think they're more important than the actual Dr. At least you don't lose a days holiday though and hope it doesn't hurt too much.

Good afternoon Ladies, Im back!! How is everyone? What have I missed?

Had an ace time though could have gone sooo bad! We went to Lakes, and the hotel that i booked into was just terrible!! Unfortunately I paid up front too! When we got here we were the only people there. The bar was locked! and would only be open when her husband and his mates were back!! No food was available till the evening. It was like we were intruding in someones house with kids clothes and toys everywhere. Our room over looked a mountain of mud with chickens! So, we did a bunk! OH told me I had to go and tell her that we were leaving, so I manned up and went to find her and the place was desserted. So, I left out key on the office chair, and literally ran away!

We then spent 3 hours driving through the smallest of roads ever and made our way back to Bowness on Windermere. We tried to book into somewhere where we have been before, they were full. So OH booked us into MacDonald Spa. 5*, silver service, pool etc. Was just lovely!

Have tried to BD as often as poss, as birthday present I got two goes on Sunday. Am pretty hopeful, but have drank more this weekend than most of the year probably!
