Trying for a Baby Part Six

yeh i had to google the mustard thing it also has vit b6 in it which you can be short in being a veggie so maybe thats it! was bizarre I never get cravings!!
yep i think everyone should now list 5 things that we are greatful for for not being pregnant this month!
1 - one more month to save for being off work
2 - another month of lots of baby dancing (which lets face it is fun!)
3 - I will possibly still look nice and slim in the dress i have bought for my friends wedding which is in may
4 - one more month of time with my hubby, we have had a rough couple of years and only now on an even keel with money and everything
5 - another month talking to you lovely lot!
QQ my prediction for this month is 6!
x
Ooooh, yeah - your number 5 for me tooAND - I bought a new pair of skinny jeans yesterday and (let's face it) I won't fit in those when I'm pg!!!!

Evening ladies
OK - a quick story to make you all laugh:
I bought a touch lamp for my new spare room. Hubby slept in there at the weekend (our niece was in bed with me) and the next morning he said - 'Babe, you have got to take that lamp back. It doesn't work! Every time you touch it, it comes on/goes off!':rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
PMA & SBD to all
Smash xxx
ha ha ha this made me laugh :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Our laptop got a dreaded virus on saunday so im banished to the back bedroom with all the storage boxes on the 'big' computer. Its cold and dusty but needed my TTC fix.
my friend announced she was expecting this week end, my godsons mum is expecting and we have a lady at work going on MAT leave this week. I think ive got to the 'noticing babies/bumps' everywhere stage, its only been one month TTC but I am 30 (Just!!) and hoping time will be kind.
Keep the PMA ladies those 'keeping it fresh' ideas wernt boring. Were away this week end and was thinking something nice n lacy. Hubby wants a baby as much as me but not so easy to get him BD'ing. Im sure it should be the other way round...
I have taped OBEM, im scared:eek: to watch it is it good? (bearing in mind weve been married 3.5 years and im scared:eek: to death of labour, which is why ive been putting this off for soo long) or is knowledge power?:p
Phew long post
QQuaver can i go on the list please today is CD4 (same as Smash) if you go blue does that mean your linked to your chart??

Well, if you're anything like me and freaked out by C-sections(being cut, flaps of skin :eek::eek:), I wouldn't start on this week's episode........ Might be an idea to watch one of the older episodes and maybe work up to this weeks. If I had known it was as graphic as it was, I probably wouldn't have watched it but I'm a WIMP when it comes to visuals...Que Sera, Sera0 -

BB - I started temping for the same reason you're thinking about doing it and I would say do it. It's not expensive, it's easy and I pretty much do it in my sleep now!! Wait til you have an answer though, just in case!!! It doesn't matter if you start temping after AF goes as long as it's a few days before ov (hopefully you won't get AF though and can forget about the whole thing!!!!!)
At least try and find ONE positive thing about your TTC journey right now, even if it does seem everything is getting you down.
Thanks, I think I will get a BBT when AF comes. I'll have a chat with DH and see what he thinks about it too.x_Charlie_x wrote: »I got to day 91 last cycle!! If it does it again this cycle i will cry!

Despite all my moaning the past couple of days, I know that I am very lucky in that I'm young, healthy, and as far as I know at least, don't have any issues that should affect TTC. There are plenty of people (on here and elsewhere) that have actually got a good reason to have a moan, so I'm going to try and be more cheerful from now on!

Are you talking about episiotomies in general, or a specific story? If its the latter, not sure I want to know!
BB

deborah - where abouts are you in your cycle? Due to test soon? OVing? BDing?
Thanks for the book link, I've put a bid in
Greener - you are one tough cookie. I hope your referral goes quick and you can get some answers soon. ((hugs))
Not feeling much PMA from the thread today... It's not good to be down about it girls, we have got to try and think positive. At least try and find ONE positive thing about your TTC journey right now, even if it does seem everything is getting you down. My positives are:
1. A few more friends have announced they are expecting this week and I want the glory all to myself so when I announce it, it will only be ME that week
2. The longer I am not pg, the more of our debts we pay off
3. We have more time to get the house completely redecorated (2 rooms and bathroom down, 1 room and whole of downstairs to go )
4. I get to celebrate in true style (avec alcohol) with my best mate who's birthday is this weekend
Anyone else?

Oh sorry ladies, in all my excitement about telling you all about my active social life i forgot to tell you where I was in my cycle!!! :rotfl:
I'm CD 18 (28) and 4 DPO only Bd'ed on 1st peak so not to sure how we'll fair this month and we had a selective powercut in our area on 2nd peak day which neabt that our flat had power but the 2 flats below us had none and neither did our close!!! Total buzz kill when you have your wimpy downstair neighbour crying on your DH shoulder because he needs a "big strong man" to save him!!! Seriously!!!:rotfl:
The book is amazing smash I loved it and thanks to GG fr recommending it and sendign it to me she's my angel!!!You nutter tinksy! The only nutritional info I can find re: mustard is that it is high in selenium and omega 3... No idea if either of those have any resemblence to cravings/anything TTC related but your post had me so interested, I looked it up :rotfl::rotfl:
Remeber that month all I wanted was cheese on toast with beetroot or just beetroot on its own or pickles!!! Sometimes theres no rhyme or reason to it and I still never got a BFP!!!:eek:F.L.A.P.S O.F S.K.I.N  im a wimp too.

Here goes one massive post:It got cancelledGP is off sick. So shall have to wait til next week now.
my friend told me that you need to have had at least 4hrs sleep before then, and that's not always likely (I was still awake til after DH left for work this morn!:()...anyone know how true that is?Or this it?this month is our last chance for a 2011 baby too, but 2012 has a nice ring to it too dont you think?deborahmcgeachy wrote: »I'm on annual leave this week so with days off its morphed into 9 days off, I'm not complaining as I was getting to the stage where everything was starting to annoy me with regards to work!!!So I had a quiz night on Sat night we came last but we still got the b00bie prize and my neighbour who was so far gone and I mean totally sloshed was telling everyone we had won because we got a prize very very comical!!!
So to inform you of my re-invent myself project, recently I have been doing lots of research, think I've found a new hairstyle which I really like!!! This is it:- http://www.fashionclothingtoday.com/hair-styles/short-hair-for-round-faces/The second picture!

And this 1 but you have to scroll down!!! Now to choose a new colour, I am naturally dark brown hair coloured so which colour would cause the biggest impact??Looks like AF has arrived for meTMI alert - had a little bit of old brown blood a couple of hours ago, nothing since but I'm fairly sure she's on her way
Oh well, looks like Christmas is gonna be a busy time for us all:T

I'm not finished yet GG but I'm loving it and I've gotta get it finished in time for Cecelia Aherns new book on Thur!!!Darkphaery wrote: »We started using a CBFM for a few months but to be honest it is just so expensive to buy the sticks, mine asks me for them from day 10 and then all the way though to day 28 as i have only once gotten a peak so it continues on high until i actually start. This month we've bought cheapie ones-fingers crossed they work for us both!
What I do is start putting the sticks in once I know ov is near (IC OPKs & cm). Also stop after the 1st Peak as the machine goes into an auto mode, and stops reading the sticks and display another Peak, High then Low. I only used 2 stick this cycle, and 3 last cycle:cool:Booooo. :grouphug: I'm starting to wonder if I should start temping too...even though I didn't want to get too obsessed with the whole thing. I don't know if/when I ov'd either this month, very frustrating.Well I definitely seem to have caught a coldMy nose has been running all avo and I have a sore throat. Just in time for when my DH gets back - rubbish!
