OOh I know what I wanted to mention aswell, since theres been a lack of PMA lately I wanted to introduce a book that I've been reading recently it was GG that intorduced it to me and I feel for those that TTC get you down and probably the long timers aswell it totally strikes a chord in your heart when you read it!!! This is it:- http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Tell-Me-Something-Adele-Parks-Paperback-2009-/270712882888?pt=Fiction&hash=item3f07bec6c8

Still no AF!!
Hubby shocked me last night by changing chanel to OBEM, we watched the previous week and I never flinched when the babies were born, never twitched an emotion yet this week watching the C section I cried like a blooming new born, I had a C section with DD1, (emergency one) but loved it! Only trouble was I wanted to see what was going on the other side of the screen! You never know how strong you are until you have no other option.0 -
I feel the same. I'm still blithely hoping I may've "caught" this time, but I'm not that convinced, iyswim. DH bought ov strips off Amazon pretty much as soon as we heard about the PCO, but it would be awesome not to need them
As for keeping it fresh - have you thought of something like this?
I used to work in the management team of Ann Summersso we used to have stuff like that knocking about (so to speak) but they have dwindled over the last few years since i left...something to investigate further :rotfl:
We started using a CBFM for a few months but to be honest it is just so expensive to buy the sticks, mine asks me for them from day 10 and then all the way though to day 28 as i have only once gotten a peak so it continues on high until i actually start. This month we've bought cheapie ones-fingers crossed they work for us both!0 -

Not sure, sorry - I do use ebay but only to buy stuff, have never sold anything.Looks like AF has arrived for meTMI alert - had a little bit of old brown blood a couple of hours ago, nothing since but I'm fairly sure she's on her way
Oh well, looks like Christmas is gonna be a busy time for us all:T
Think I might start temping from now as I'm not sure when I'm ov'ing and my cycle is a bit unpredictable
Booooo. :grouphug: I'm starting to wonder if I should start temping too...even though I didn't want to get too obsessed with the whole thing. I don't know if/when I ov'd either this month, very frustrating.must_try_harder wrote: »I had 92 at the last count. Though I've only bought 2 since then, and I gave an old pair to my mom. Once I get to 100 I'll happily adopt a one-in-one-out policy though, I think 100 might be enough.
Wow you lot have so many shoes! I'm not really into shoes...although I must admit I do have more pairs than I need - mostly trainers though as I can never bring myself to throw my old pairs away!
Well I definitely seem to have caught a coldMy nose has been running all avo and I have a sore throat. Just in time for when my DH gets back - rubbish!

hey ladies glad to see the PMA is going up. Pawpaws I'm sorry its CD1 hugs.
BB i can't believe you are still no closer to an answer
well i've had the longest day at work, started at 7.45am (after a 45 minute commute) and was supposed to finish at 5 but finished at 6.15pm!!! but it was all worthwhile to get home to my hubby with a bunch of flowers
i've not been symptom spotting as such but at 5dpo I've got a creamy discharge back which I dont think i usually have, very sore b o o bies and a need for mustard! seriously was eating it out of the jar earlier, I've just had french mustard on my chips and in my burger. I know you can crave things that you are deficient in at any point but what on earth does mustard have in it that you might be deficient in?! oh and I had some cramps earlier!

Evening ladies
pawpurrs & mrsdave ((hugs)) sorry the witch got you
QQ - can I guess 7 for March please as my name has a 7 in it and this is my 7th cycle trying& please may I go on the testing list for the 17th which is slightly early but I'm going with the 7's this month!!
Kelly - well done on the prediction! Really hope yours is right this month!! :T
deborah - where abouts are you in your cycle? Due to test soon? OVing? BDing? Thanks for the book link, I've put a bid in
BB - I started temping for the same reason you're thinking about doing it and I would say do it. It's not expensive, it's easy and I pretty much do it in my sleep now!! Wait til you have an answer though, just in case!!! It doesn't matter if you start temping after AF goes as long as it's a few days before ov (hopefully you won't get AF though and can forget about the whole thing!!!!!)
tinksy - bless your hubby with flowers
Greener - you are one tough cookie. I hope your referral goes quick and you can get some answers soon. ((hugs))
My hubby will never ever watch OBEM again and after last night, I was considering the same... Not to good with all the surgery graphics, I like the idea of the screen!!!!
Not feeling much PMA from the thread today... It's not good to be down about it girls, we have got to try and think positive. At least try and find ONE positive thing about your TTC journey right now, even if it does seem everything is getting you down. My positives are:
1. A few more friends have announced they are expecting this week and I want the glory all to myself so when I announce it, it will only be ME that week
2. The longer I am not pg, the more of our debts we pay off
3. We have more time to get the house completely redecorated (2 rooms and bathroom down, 1 room and whole of downstairs to go )
4. I get to celebrate in true style (avec alcohol) with my best mate who's birthday is this weekend
Anyone else?
OK - a quick story to make you all laugh:
I bought a touch lamp for my new spare room. Hubby slept in there at the weekend (our niece was in bed with me) and the next morning he said - 'Babe, you have got to take that lamp back. It doesn't work! Every time you touch it, it comes on/goes off!':rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

You nutter tinksy! The only nutritional info I can find re: mustard is that it is high in selenium and omega 3... No idea if either of those have any resemblence to cravings/anything TTC related but your post had me so interested, I looked it up :rotfl::rotfl:Que Sera, Sera0 -

Smash- your touch lamp story made me giggle
Still feeling really down cause I just don't think im ovulating
I'm gonna guess 10 BFP's this month x0 -
yeh i had to google the mustard thing it also has vit b6 in it which you can be short in being a veggie so maybe thats it! was bizarre I never get cravings!!
yep i think everyone should now list 5 things that we are greatful for for not being pregnant this month!
1 - one more month to save for being off work
2 - another month of lots of baby dancing (which lets face it is fun!)
3 - I will possibly still look nice and slim in the dress i have bought for my friends wedding which is in may
4 - one more month of time with my hubby, we have had a rough couple of years and only now on an even keel with money and everything
5 - another month talking to you lovely lot!
QQ my prediction for this month is 6!
