The use of the word foof disgusts my oh totally.... I mentioned preseed the other day and
    him -what
    me- preseed
him - what do ya do with that is this another name for that expensive peeing machine you want? (Cbfm to us)
me- noooo it helps your little men
him - what do I have to do with it
me - nah its not you I stick it up me foof before
him interupting me - do you have to use that its gross fooooooooof
me - giggles like a loon and cant talk for ages

Once again I should be packing but Im not im on here - slightly excited because I get to see oh tomorrow and today I had a faint faint line on an ic opk which im hoping will get darker over the next week  (although i feel really weird)

For the record I love the word foof its great

Im also slightly scared because despite being on here for absolutely ages I have no real knowledge of anything technical really....:rotfl:

colli - re vitamins Im taking boots own brand folic acid in a purple labelled tub thing because I tried one of the leading brands ones and I was constantly feeling sick and had bright yellow pee
OH takes a basic multivitamin - which wasnt related to us not ttc but because of his stupid job he gets loads of colds and sniffles so we experimented and well hes taking them and hasnt had a cold. would be interested to see what others do....

portsmouthali - a good chunk of my facebook friends have updated there facebooks to baby scans and theres an awful lot of im having a boy/girl statuses as well - i deleted all the info off my facebook a few weeks ago though lol
Love is the answer. At least for most of the questions in my heart,
Like why are we here? And where do we go?And how come it's so hard?
It's not always easy,And sometimes life can be deceiving,
I'll tell you one thing, its always better when we're together
  • Hahahaha ............foof - I use that too it makes OH chuckle.

Was feeling a bit down today and you've just all make me laugh so thanks everyone! Esp RealButter and Phunkles tee hee.

9 or 10 DPO and I'm still getting nigggly pains off and on, I really hope its something good.

On a mse note. Does anyone take pre-conception vits? I bought some "his 'n' hers" from a leading brand (can't remember which) that are pretty pricey, are there cheaper alternatives? I had a look in a couple of chemists and couldn't see any own brand versions.
    SBDTA xxxx

I am being very un mse and using pregnacare pre conception, bought them on Boots 3 for 2 (got 2 of them and one cod liver oil). Finished all that lot so now on my next lot. This time feeling hopeful I bought one pre-conception, one early pregnancy & another cod liver oil.

I wanted pregnacare because it contains a b vitamin called Inositol which when taken alongside folic acid (another b vit) is more effective against neural defects. Its the only one I could find that contains it so I spent the extra money.

    However, AF arrived at 16DPO.
So I reckon it was a chemical pregnancy. What do you think?
    Maybe it was (((hugs))).
I think I'm right in saying that there's no such thing as a false positive on a pregnancy test. Same thing happened to me in Oct 2010, I was a little bit late and I had lots of very faint positives (which came up within the recommended time, but were VERY faint) but then started bleeding on cd 38 (usually 28 day cycle) Very early days, but upsetting nonetheless:(

    Hope you're OK xxxxxx
I had them once too, last year after prolonged high temp. But AF got me. So I assumed it was a false positive or some ovarian cyst (it can secrete hcg).

I wonder if it was a chemical:think: At this point in life, I'd rather have a chemical than AF:D

    I take Pregnacare. It's 3 for 2 at Sainsburys at the moment:money:
Hi waiting... I had 3 very strong results over 1 week but am now spotting on 24dpo 10 days after AF due - not looking good but will be seeing doctor today
Good luck at the doctors (((hugs))). Many people spot all the way but have healthy babies.

I'd BD today just in case, but yesterdays should be enough, and you could BD again tomorrow...
