Trying for a Baby Part Six

Yes jen151, it's our first. I was the same, wouldn't let myself think about being pregnant for fear it could take a while. I'm also the type who often prefers thinking about and planning things more than actually doing them. Maybe I just need to get my head round that I can start planning the next stage now!0

You have until CD6 to start it (just push and hold M button until the right day comes up if you don't manage to get it in time on CD1). x
Cograts on BFP Twi1light. They'll be more soon. SBDTA x
Brilliant, it should definately arrive in time then unless it gets lost in the post :j
CD50(55+) and still no sign of AF.
I forgot to say i have been getting quite a bit of CM if that means anything along with my other post?
Still not feeling like anythings going to start *needs a confused smiley*

no signs of anything either way. I've had a few BFN's so i know there's nothing growing, i'm just waiting for AF, i'm now expecting her to come two weekends time as we'll be back at the outlaws as it's bound to be the worst time for her to come.
I have seriously started to believe that this is the end of the road for me. I'm going to concentrate on losing weight and hopefully that will help everything start up again. I've been struggling with my cycles for a long time, before i went on the pill, i had a few years where i only had 3 or 4 cycles a year, and then a cycle which lasted 10months. I may just try the doctors one last time to see if they are willing to help in any way but i'm not hopeful after recent experiences.0 -
Congrats twi1ight :j0

Hi,
I have been a longtime lurker and would like to be able to join you all please.
I have been trying to conceive for a few months now and would like some advice as to ways to test as to when I am ovulating. Up to now I have put the dates of my cycle on line and then used the suggested dates. This does not seem to be working and I wonder whether the ovulating kits I have seen in the chemists would be a good idea or not. I would appreciate advice please as I have not considered this before but really would like to get pregnant. I also wonder if an own make set would be good enough or whether it’s best to buy the clear blue ones?
Many thanks in advance.
Congratulations to all with bfp this month and hope there are many more next month too.0 -
A real newbie to this site but just jumping the end of the this thread to add my congrats. x
Plus ..... saying for all out there trying, there is someone out here that knows how you feel. My history.
5 years TTC (undiagnosed infertility)
1 cycle IVF - first time lucky, 2 embryos implanted, 1 DD born Aug 2003
Didn't use contraception - got pregnant again 8 months later and it was twins!
2 sons born Dec 04. Sadly disabled, both learning difficulties and partially sighted. One with autism and leukaemia (you couldn't make this up!).
Now divorced from hubby and getting by on my own.
Good luck to all TTC, anyone on IVF. Fingers crossed.0 -
Hi all, bored with Christmas telly so decided to stop lurking. Think I understand this ttc lingo so far... Dh and I are ttc, finished my last pill packet at end September and cycles have been pretty regular since, 28/27 days, this one shorter at 25 though. Hmm this will be our first so still learning the ropes, decided to make a proper effort this month. Fingerscrossed!!:j lurks about :j0

Hi all, how is everyone?
hello to all the newbies hope your time here is short but sweet.
Congrats to the two most recent BFP you couldnt get a better Christmas present.
I am pleased to say I have now been released from epu. Had bloods done yesterday and they told me today hormones now at 82. So I am now done. Im glad it's over now as we can start getting back on track, but still so sad we had to go through it all in the first place.
Must admit had a bit of a cry Christmas day, but must look to the future.
Hugs to everyone. Xx0
