I have seriously started to believe that this is the end of the road for me. I'm going to concentrate on losing weight and hopefully that will help everything start up again. I've been struggling with my cycles for a long time, before i went on the pill, i had a few years where i only had 3 or 4 cycles a year, and then a cycle which lasted 10months. I may just try the doctors one last time to see if they are willing to help in any way but i'm not hopeful after recent experiences.
((Hugs)) Lemon. Are you sure you have ov'd already? I thought ov was roughly two weeks before next period so maybe you still have a chance this cycle? Don't give up hope hun, these things happen when we least expect them. Do try the doctors again, maybe try and see a different doctor? xxxQue Sera, Sera0 -

Hi all, how is everyone?
hello to all the newbies hope your time here is short but sweet.
Congrats to the two most recent BFP you couldnt get a better Christmas present.
I am pleased to say I have now been released from epu. Had bloods done yesterday and they told me today hormones now at 82. So I am now done. Im glad it's over now as we can start getting back on track, but still so sad we had to go through it all in the first place.
Must admit had a bit of a cry Christmas day, but must look to the future.
Hugs to everyone. Xx

Hey Pebbles. Yes we are waiting. Though the way we are erm, practising, you wouldnt have thought so. I have to keep reminding OH that Hospital told us to be careful.
I was told the same, about 4-6 weeks, so just waiting now. Will you start again just after AF?
This TTC is always such a waiting game. I dont know how patient I can be.

afternoon ladies.
welcome to all newbies :hello:
Jen151- i've just had a look about opk's and the site that i've found - which is where i got my opk's from - says for a 30 day cycle to start testing on day 14. how many tests have you got? because i might be inclined to start testing sooner.
6 (maybe 7) dpo (27+) here. i've had this strange crampy type backache all day, at times it's in my womb as well, sometimes it's just in my womb. it's really uncomfortable and just won't go! it's nothing like any pre af symptoms i've had before, don't know what's going on. anyone else had this before?0 -

i am going to wait until i am on holiday in feb before i ttc. might start a little bit sooner if we will be on holiday during the two week wait. suppose it depends on when i ov. i wouldn;t want to get pg before the holiday cause it;s a long flight and i am sure it will involve lots of drinking etc!
when do they count the 4-6 weeks from? when the mc happened or when your hormones get back to normal?0 -

Hiya.
February isn't far away and the holiday is something to look forward too.
I'd love a holiday right now.
Are you going to start temping or just wing it? I think (?) that they count it from when hormones are gone. Which means I have ages still. Xx0 -

Hi jen151,
I was not very mse (but very excited and impatient) so got the clearblue digital ovulation kit, it was too confusing having no idea if/when I would ovulate, for my 27/28 day cycle I got the smiley face (indicating LH surge) on cd12. The pack said to start testing on cd 9 I think. Not sure if that's useful to anyone, I was surprised I ov so early because the I trendy calendar things were saying about 5 days later so now we know to dtd lots earlier!:j lurks about :j0
