Did the OPKs coincide with EWCM? Swimmers can last in fertile CM for 5 days, so don't lose hope either way. I hope it's just a shy BFP though :D

Glad to hear that re: your dad :)
Try not to stress out too much about the job, I'm guessing it's out of your hands, so stressing won't do much but mess with your head and your body (ov'ing included ;)) :)

Fingers crossed for the morning's FMU :D

Got EWCM 4 days before OV and again 1 day before OV, exact same pattern as last month. BD'd the day before OV and day of OV.

The job is a funny one, if you opt for voluntary redundancy, you get a full years pay tax free. Sounds great, but there are very few jobs out there in my line of work at the moment and don't think I could handle being off work (unless I was on maternity leave of course!)
Getting the job isn't exactly out of my hands either, we have to do an interview for them but it's a while away yet.

Might pee on a cheapie in the morning and if no sign of AF by Monday morning, I'll pee on the second digital test.

Thanks for keeping me company tonight, I appreciate it!

I can imagine that if you already knew you were preg you'd take it, and if you didn't you might be more concerned....?

Good plan. :) And you're welcome!

    Good morning:wave:
Had a lovely Korean meal yesterday:)

As for the stale eggs, it's not stale:naughty:, as we age we have less of the good eggs, but that doesn't mean there aren't any. It may take longer to get pg, but people get pg right up to menopause (and sometimes beyond if you take HRT). I think the oldest woman to get naturally pg and gave birth was 59 (was taking HRT) It was unplanned, but she gave birth to a healthy boy:)

    Praline, how are you?
norabatty, (((hugs))) for BFN, but at least AF is not here:)
Glad your dad is doing better:) (((Hugs))) for your job:o
Lurker1972, hope chilling this cycle will do the trick:) I'm doing that, but seems DH is not:rotfl:

As for IVF, there are things you can do before IVF like IUI, and Clomid (can give better eggs). Also you can get your insides checked and get your tubes cleared not to mention check your OH/DH's sperm.

I've done one IVF and 3 IUIs, had my insides checked out and had my already clear tubes flushed:o Not pg yet, but otherwise my body seems fine, so I think I'll wait for that golden eggy:cool:
By the way I didn't have much side effects with all these procedures, so I'm quite happy to do any of them again (incl IVF).
How long have you been TTC?

bloomin hell i feel sick this morning! have felt queazy on and off for the last 3-4 days and at a wedding last night could not face a glass of wine, which is unheard of for me. And I've been shattered, and my cold still hasn't gone properly. However I know thia can't be PG related as only CD21, so waaaaaaaaay too early for symptoms. Bloomin body, It is delighting in making TTC a proper roller coaster and more stressful!!

I have decided I dont like TTC, DD being unplanned was much better as no worries about fertility, pressure to perform, thinking about it etc. Although when your suspected water infection turns into a beany it is a bit of a shock, but much more preferable to this. And its only been since March so God knows what sort of state I'll be in if/when it doesn't happen by the end of the year, which still isn't that longreally. Apologies, rant over. Just feeling icky and sorry for myself this morning.

PMA for today- off to Milton Keynes for an overnighter with my friends for a belated birthday, and Woburn Safari Park tomorrow. Have lots of spa pampering planned (all DIY unfortunately) so should be fun.
Anyhoo, enough about me, how is everyone one Praline and Norabatty any news? Everything is crossed for you- I am a human pretzel!

Hope everyone else is good and hugs to anyone that wants/ needs one. XX
