...Can you shuffle me back to Awaiting Ov please QQ :(

    *sigh*

    Me too please.

I'm waiting to ov, waiting to get a period, just generally waiting for my reproductive organs to blimin work. Is it too much to ask :)

I'm also slightly confused as to whether it matters what time you get up in relation to what time you take temperature. I've been taking my temp at 7am every day, but some days I get up at 6am, have shower, get dressed etc, then take temp at 7am, other days (like weekends) I get up at 7am, take temp then go back to bed. So I don't know if the fact that sometimes I'll be up for an hour already before taking it would lead o a lower temp being recorded than on the days where I literally roll out of bed, take it, then fall back into bed...? *insert confused smiley here*

I do this too. Basically some people will notice a huge difference and weird fluctuating temps. For me I can temp up to an hour or 2 later and it still be ok. Of course not everyone can do that.

 It makes a huge difference. You can't reliably temp unless you take it at the same time every day, after at least 3 hours solid sleep, and before you do anything! including roll over, having a drink, getting out of bed. So I should think if you're getting up, having a shower and getting dressed, you needn't bother temping, there's no point. Why not take at look at the charting courses on FF, explains it all in there!!

for example if my temp is 97.2 tomorrow FF will put ov at CD72, with a stagard line to indicate not all fertility signs match! if my temp is anything above, it puts ov at CD76 with a certain solid red line for ov. Makes a huge difference.

Hi all, it's my bed time so just dashing in to show my face!

Firstly, hugs to Quaver, I'm sorry things don't look as though they've worked out this time round. :o

If you don't mind me asking, how come your temp is still up - is it to do with the meds you've been taking?

I'm on CD15 and *think* i'm ov-ing right now - been getting quite strong ov pains on both sides (twins?!) for the past couple of hours. Unfortunately, DH has gone away today until sunday  and we were too tired last night to BD. We have done quite a bit the past few days though so hopefully that might be ok...

Have had a few really disturbed nights' sleep the past few days so my temping hasn't been very good, hoping to see a distinct ov jump still though.

Was supposed to be finding out about whether I've got a job, and if so what position it is, tomorrow, but they told us today that we won't know now until Monday! Gar! smiley-angry016.gif
I also find out next week (fri) whether or not I passed my professional exams....eek! :o

Right, enough wittering on, must go get my beauty sleep.

Hugs to everyone that needs one :)

    Evening all!

CD8 for me so not much going on! Decided to use my first opk today - unsurprisingly nothing but then based on my last cycle of 35 days it's waaaaayyyy too early but thought I'd check as it's only the 2nd full cycle off the pill and I couldn't wait to try one out! :rotfl:
    What a nutter I am! ;)

On the PMA front, I took my DH out for an early birthday dinner (his not mine) and had shellfish to start and blue cheese in my main! Haha! Screw you AF and BFNs! :D

Thanks for the pregnancy test letter twigpig! Loved it! :D

    xx

    Hey

Sorry i have a really daft question, but, i had my last period on 21st April, and i have a normal 28 day cycle, i think i should be due my period next Tue/Wed is this correct?

I had a look at period calculators online and they stated next Thursday, i know its only a day or 2 difference, but the waiting is driving me insane....
    It's Thursday:o Good luck:)

one of my friends was refused IVF until she lost some weight (PCOS) and had been trying unsucessfully for 3 years (only 24 at time and so was her DH) and having a couple of miscarriages early on, and she ended up getting pregnant naturally and having a little girl! She then fell pregnant almost immediately after having her first little girl, and had another daughter only about a year later! Hoping the same happens to you.
    Hope so too:o
Is there any more news on your Dad?
The doctor wants to wait until he gets some report from the physiotherapy people on what dad can do and what dad can't do.
At the moment, his legs seems reasonably OK, but still nothing below his arms...
Hope the op can fix at least one of his hands:o

It's the meds, but it is coming down now. I won't be normal for a while. Usually they need to have 3 AFs for the hormones to settle before one can do the next IVF.
