Have advanced tickets booked for this weekend through Trainline but can't travel anymore due to a family bereavement.
We've been told that they can't refund the tickets and it's going to cost us £40 to have the dates changed.
I understand that these tickets are usually non-refundable but surely to god they should make exceptions for circumstances like this?
Crooks indeed.0 -

Crooks indeed.
Why can't you claim on the insurance that thetraveline sold you when you bought the tickets? £1 a head.
To describe them as 'crooks' is just laughable.0
