Dustykitten good luck to your 2 collecting GCSE results today, particularly the A in Maths for your DS1.
Good luck to cyclingyorkie’s DD2 and all waiting for results.
I am determined to do level 1 this week and stop getting side-tracked onto other things so today I must catch up on yesterday's list and do today's. THIS MUST HAPPEN!!

    Morning all

strictly level 1 from today's list I think. So far I've fed the chickens, had breakfast, stripped my bed, WMx2, TDx2, fed the dog & DD, froze the bulk chilli I made last night, & emptied the dishwasher. Going to have a cuppa now.
It was sunny when I woke up, but big black clouds are gathering now so I think we're in for another rainy day.

Hope everyone has a good day, hugs/spoons etc as appropriate!

Can anyone recommend a good place to buy cat food pouches in bulk? It's something we always seem to run out of causing an unplanned trip to the supermarket where I spend more than I should. We have a pets at home nearby, is it worth bulk buying from there?

Just lost a longish reply, so here's the short version. Mr A and costco have been selling packs of 48 for around £10. I can recommend Hill's Science Plan (complete dry food). My cats did really well on it and the huge bag lasts for ages. Good value for money and no smelly, messy dishes to deal with. :D You can get small trial packs to see if they like it.

Morning all, after getting the kitchen fairly squared up or at least on the way, today I think I'll tackle the living room.

I really want to change it round but need my girls here because I can't lift much as I'm a weakling these days.

Laters we're off to a crayfish party at Ikea and I can't wait :j, really wanted to go last year but was too ill so I'm delighted to be able to go this year.

Meant to say to cyclingyorkie well done DD1 for going to her friends....any news re the cyst yet hun, i.e. when will the deal with it?
Also good luck to all getting exam results.

Toots, how are you, I marvel at your lists, hope you're ok hun, thinking of ya.:hello:

LadyL....my beautiful, biker chick friend...where are ya, how are ya, can we do anything.....anything to assist? :A

Got a few bits to organise, hubby has a meeting in London so we're going to combine it with a few days there....love London, need to be very MSE of course.

I'll join your HHC a bit late Triker. Have already loaded the "wishdosher" and emptied the bin. Need to wrap up any more food recycling then clean the yucky surfaces. The floor never seems to get done (anyone recommend a decent mop - preferably machine washable head thingie or something?).
    Right, nuff chat - work!
:) Declutter 300 things in December challenge, 9/300. Clear the living room. Re-organize storage

    Morning All.

I drifted off towards back end of last week, so lots to catch up on.
I have a huge backlog of washing because washer has been out of action since Friday. One of the paddles had broken off. All three have now been replaced over the past 12 months and the washer is less than 5 years old .
I went for my smear on Friday and it went ok aprt from being kept waiting for 45mins before I went in. As she was running behind she said she didn't have time to issue my pill prescription so I will have to make another appointment!
