It's the location, though. That's why it's on at the price it is.
However, it's depressingly ugly. Vile.0 -

Top one looks like it used to be a factory and I've never understood the need for no windows on the front of some houses. Yes they will probably have windows on the side but no hall window (left of door). Detached houses have main windows on the front & back with smaller ones on the sides much much better!0 -

I've moved from an estate like that though most houses had full windows, some with the long thin one at top for the bathroom.0 -

Know the area very very well, chateau banks ain't too far. £435,000 - no thanks.
That road is a merde hole. Rough as hell. There's a little park nearby took toddler banks and baby banks there once.
Floor covered in syringes. Luckily I'm trained in disposing them."An arrogant and self-righteous Guardian reading tvv@t".

I see what you mean - but I think it's quite sweet!...much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -
