PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING: Hello Forumites! In order to help keep the Forum a useful, safe and friendly place for our users, discussions around non-MoneySaving matters are not permitted per the Forum rules. While we understand that mentioning house prices may sometimes be relevant to a user's specific MoneySaving situation, we ask that you please avoid veering into broad, general debates about the market, the economy and politics, as these can unfortunately lead to abusive or hateful behaviour. Threads that are found to have derailed into wider discussions may be removed. Users who repeatedly disregard this may have their Forum account banned. Please also avoid posting personally identifiable information, including links to your own online property listing which may reveal your address. Thank you for your understanding.

AN APPEAL.
While we take so much for granted, others are suffering.
In Brighton, today, "delete" keys are in very short supply. Without them, campaigns may struggle and laws remain unchallenged. Just one delete key can keep a Facebook administrator in employment for a whole day.
Wee Willy Harris, along with the Joseph Stalin Federation, is sending a parcel of new "Delete" keys to Brighton this afternoon. But that supply will, before long, be exhausted.
Help us to help them delete. Send them your unwanted "delete" keys, before it's too late.0 -
Even Tessa's page looks like it may have been tweaked to remove reference to The Thread
Edit - apologies, dead links only.0 -
The folks with egg on their face are GMTV for supporting illegal evictions.
I wonder if they have tried to remove their logo from the Facebook group.Living Sober.
Some methods A.A. members have used for not drinking.

Thank you Nearly Legal
Someone's delete finger will be itching.....
Come on people.
I hope you are reading this on Nearly Legal (as pointed out by tbs).
A very good review of the situation, with the benefit of their experience, knowledge and expertise in such matters.
Also the comments include a reply by the Tenancy Solicitor who appeared on the BBC News broadcast.

I just found this unofficial group. A wall comment has the classic "political correctness gone mad" chesnut!

Hardly any discussion on there though0 -

I had quite a few profiles banned from that group and the majority of the people in it at the end were fake profiles. Usually celebrities - ala fake Gazza profiles arranging fishing trips with other fake celbrity profiles - I saw three Jeremy Kyle profiles alone!
The most annoying thing about that group, for me, was the number of british kids refering to the police as 'feds'
They didnt like it when you called them out on their violent tendancies0 -
I take it this isn't the real suzy ?0
