have they specified WHICH Tuesday?? Next week, October, 2012??
And I daresay only fully approved, non-confrontational members of the group will be allowed to watch it anyway, such is the level of their paranoid censorship on the faceslap page.
Quite frankly, the only video I'm now waiting to see is the next instalement of harry Potter in November.BCSC # 9 and proud! :beer:0 -
I have to say though - whilst I absolutely detest what SB has done. On tenants from hell last night a tenant appealed to the court 14 or 15 times ? I don't think that's right.Inside this body lays one of a skinny woman
but I can usually shut her up with chocolate!
When I thank a post in a thread I've not posted in,
it means that I agree with that post and have nothing further to add.

Or is it just a piece of fiction like everything else ?0 -
It's possible one of our researchers may have some info to provide in due course which will scrutinise the £14,000 a year claim (and another post about "being on a minimal wage"). Also of course, she was probably making money on the house she was letting out.
Far from just being her home to live in... it was a let to help her provide a better life for her son (rent allowed to pay down mortgage and and some income profit on top?). Not a business though apparently! Although HM Revenue & Customs might disagree about that.Tax on residential lettings
Letting residential investment property is treated as running a business - even if you only let out one property. And if you let out more than one property in the UK, they'll all be treated as a single business.
Whether you let one or several properties, you're taxed on the overall 'net profit'. You work this out by:- adding together all your rental income
- adding together all your allowable expenses
- taking the allowable expenses away from the income

Do me a favour love - who are you trying to kid?
You're going to great lengths to say you're poor and don't have much money, not a rich LL blah-blah.
Only earn £14k per year? Well how can you afford a house like that?
If HMRC was to inspect your lifestyle I don't think the £14k would tally would it? No I think there's soooo much more than meets they eye with this one.
Maybe our Suzy should post up a SOA for us to scrutinise eh? Or perhaps she could write a book - "How to live a million Pound lifestyle on £14k a year"Karma - the consequences of ones acts."It's OK to falter otherwise how will you know what success feels like?"1 debt v 100 days £20000 -
Even without the late clause, her house was earning more than her!0

Who pays for the maintenance of the Lima property and the Santander mortgage on the Hove property?0

How much of a mortgage can you get on £14k? Even at 5 x it wouldn't be enough for a house like that.
Oh it's a load of poo and I'm getting annoyed now because there are legitimate, hard working, tax paying people on less than her, can't claim benefits etc and they are struggling to live in a small flat. She's just taking the mick now.Karma - the consequences of ones acts."It's OK to falter otherwise how will you know what success feels like?"1 debt v 100 days £20000
