It was peaceful, if on one occassion emotional...under the circumstances, not surprising, I am, luckily, human! I don't owe money. Have... not breached a contract and never would so tbf, I don't believe that gonna happen sweetie! The media supported me as they felt, like many do, the situation was wrong. My son now gets to start school next week! That all I care about...please refrain now from commenting further on me personally and take your frustrations elsewhere. There's a big world out there with some genuinely nasty people in it, put your energy into harrassing them!Thanks!See More

She really should learn to shut up. Repeatedly turning up on the doorstep, tv crew in tow or not, is not allowing the tenant quiet enjoyment and can therefore very likely be argued 'harrassment'

Right that's quite enough, I'm just going to come out and say it - i think the woman is on medication (of some descript)

She's bonkers - and I thought I was mad, I aint got nothing on Suzy.

I have known people like this and they aren't good, don't get me wrong, they are nice enough on the surface, but once you get past the veneer boy are they nasty.

Chris Banks But Suzy, you DID do something wrong, you stopped your tenant having quiet enjoyment of her home and that's called harassment - you can go to prison for that sweetheart, didn't you know that? And then all that GTV stuff, I mean you're getting all het up over a few comments on Facebook, imagine if GMTV turned up at your place tomorrow morning with Carmen screeching abuse at you, how would YOU like it?

Chris Banks I think you'll find the media supported you because you have a brother in the industry and you said you were living in a tent , not sure how interested they'd have been if they'd known Daddy was just round the corner in Millionaire's row. As for commenting on you personally, you set this page up all about you, there's videos and pictures of you, you keep talking about you so you gotta expect it to all be about you hun, after all, that's showbiz!!!!! The Mortgage Strategy article of March 2004 indicates that the Lima property was purchased by daddy to be a long term base whilst his daughter was working in Peru.
I would be very suprised if it could have been sold in time to fund the purchase of the Hove property in July 2005 for £235k.
At that time the Brighton property market was buzzing and I was told by the owner of seven Brighton BTL properties that "You will never go wrong buying property in Brighton".
My guess is that daddy provided the deposit on the Hove property, with the balance funded on a self-cert mortgage arranged with Abbey through one of his contacts.
I saw the Brighton boom and bust of the early nineties!

errr then why did she say on radio 5 that she'd been round many many times and carmen wouldn't speak to her ending up with carmen locking her out ? that does NOT sound like permission from a tenant to me personally.

Radio 5, 12th August:

Interviewer: Did you go round and visit this lady at your house?

Suzy: Many, many times and it got to the stage where she was actually locking me out, wouldn't let me in, wasn't turning up to meet me it all got quite traumatic.

Then last week or the week before we went round to meet her and there was a gas leak in the house.

It's been one hellish situation after another and then last Thursday I had to get a police escort to go into the house to retrieve a tent and a mattress because I had no where to stay over the weekend and she wouldn't even let me in to get that so it just went from bad to worse very very quickly.

However I think it likely the tenant gave permission for the GMTV crew to go in, possibly under duress, or maybe on the promise she'd get a fair chance to speak not that they were going to voice over her defence.

As for being peaceful, I don't call someone yelling at a tenant on camera or in the earlier visit the police attending peaceful.

Put all that together and I really can't see how Suzy can justify her latest gem.
