Pr1madonna, if you're still reading, I just wanted to say the following:
I was made uneasy by your post suggesting that people who wanted to donate money could contact you for several reasons. Firstly, you did imply, perhaps unintentionally, that if people chose not to donate, then they would not have done anything to help. I have already explained why I think this is an unfair conclusion to draw. I am time rich and money poor. I have written a lot of posts here and elsewhere trying to ensure both sides of the story are made public and I have written several letters to the media and various MPs.
There is also the fact that I don't know you from Adam and I would not be prepared to send money to a complete stranger to help with a cause that I'm not even sure needs money at this stage. How would I know where the money ended up? If Carmen is entitled to Legal Aid then she can use that, if she is not then that would imply that she can afford the costs herself. If it were to come out that by some kink in the law, she couldn't afford the costs but would be given no help, I would consider donating but only by some reliable means and to someone/thing that would then be accountable for how the money was used. A stranger's Paypal account just doesn't hack it for me.
That said, I don't think you harangued anyone, I just think your choice of words was a little unfortunate and perhaps naive.0 -

page 48 post 945 they only have 13 signitures, one of which is my made up insulting one0 -
