Dog poo

Options
I have just watched a woman who was walking her dog let it poo on the pavement right were my garden path and the foot path meet and walk off

So I grabbed a couple of plastic bags and ran out side to confronts the woman and her attitude was disgusting. Heres the short version of the conversation

Me - Excuss me
It - What
Me - Sorry to bother you, but you have just let your dog poo infront of my house and not cleaned up after it so i have brought you a plastic bag incase you have none.
It - You Fing what
Me - No need to take that tone with me, please can you go and clear up after your dog as its a busy path and I dont want poo outside my house.
It - No! you want it moved you move it
Me - Why should I have to clean up after your dogs poo? Blah blah blah

She refused to clean it and in the end I got the hose out and flushed into the drain because that horrible disgusting waste of fresh air wouldn't.

Rant over!!

Scum like that everywhere these days.

Only reinforces my long belief that owning any animal/pet that $hits outside should be banned for health reasons.
  • This infuriates me as a responsible dog owner. The 'dog watch' areas around us on the Wirral are pretty good to be fair and successful prosecutions have been made. You should report her to the council.

Buy a pooper scooper and if she refuses, throw it at her lol or smear it on the dog, then say now you will have to clean it up.

PS you would have to run away somewhere but your house to avoid retaliation.
    Back by no demand whatsoever.

You'd still need to contend with birds, foxes, badgers, rats... any other wild animal.

It's not the animal/pet that's the problem - it's the irresponsible owners. I've lost count of the number of these threads I've seen on here, but people need to remember it's the minority of pet owners that behave this way.

Contact them and give them the dog owner's name and address. Tell them what happened - they will sort it out. They may offer to prosecute - you will have to give evidence in the court case. Alternately, they will make a visit to the owner.

If you do not know the person, wait for them to come by again and ask any other dog owner who passes - they all know one another. If this is not possible, discretely follow them home and get their name from the address records.

    HTH...
I am a cow so cannot speak Bullshine but I do recognise its smell when I come upon it.

Why would you assume that another dog owner would know them? This is highly unlikely to be true. I am a dog owner and can honestly say I don't personally know another dog owner in my area.

    You're also advocating stalking...

    hmmm...

Agreed. I was more referring to dogs, being a dog owner myself! :)
