aaarrgh! I'm embarrassed... you'll see I only started it to stop my kids constantly asking me to email them recipes, I've got some posted on it & am working on the rest as & when I can
but happy to share all the same
EDIT ... oh, you've got a blog, now I'm super embarrassed0 -
I made the chicken korma today, which unfortunately did not go down so well
I think our Indian take away makes a particularly good korma though. That's the only recipe I have tried from the book. I'd love it to have an onion bahji recipe.

I finally got round to trying out a recipe, the lamb donner, it was really easy to make and so tasty, I think the spices were a bit mild compared to the local kebabs so might add extra next time. I tried the red and white kebab sauces too and was pretty disappointed with the white sauce, it tasted too much of mayo, I think I'm swapping the amounts of mayo and yoghurt next time as our local sauce is much more yoghurty. It went down very well, it's done 6 kebabs with a bit of picking and some left. Going to keep my eye out for minced lamb as it cost £6 at Asda, I'm sure my butcher has it cheaper
I've bought some minced pork to try out the breakfast muffins, DH is really excited about that! Local Asda has the mince pork for offer at £1, not sure if that's barginous or not.0 -

Try this recipe, you don't need yoghurt just milk.

It goes well with Shoarma which is a brillant dish that I used to eat in Holland.
This tastes wonderful but be warned, your kitchen will stink of spicy food when you cook it. It is best to marinade your chicken overnight unless you have a vacuum sealer, I use one of those and it marinates it in about an hour.
