I would if I were you, go for a reliable, authoratitve, cake book, Good Food Magazine's recipes are at least tested but can be a bit full of product placement, reliable but use and counter with other books.I didn't think I would have any use for this book as I don't like curries, chinese or burgers but you have just mentioned 'Banana muffins' ha ha, now you are talking. I love banana cakes.
Can you tell me, are there many cake recipes in the book, enough to make it worth me buying it? Who's take away are the Banana muffins? - Starbucks or someone?

I have one Jane Grigson Book 'English Food' which has a 4x4 Recipe, 4 flour, butter, 2 large eggs, 4 sugar mix it all up so lots of air, bung in pan et voila after 30 minutes.#TY[/B] Would be Qaulity MSE Challenge Queen.
