Last night I decided to make the pieces of chicken tikka ready to freeze for the curries. Smells devine and tastes bloomin good aswell. It did take a little longer to cook than the book said but that may be down to my oven?
Got up this morning to a house that stinks of tikka but I think its going to be well worth it !!

Yes it's well worth the effort, one of the best curries I've cooked and we're having it again tomorrow for the third Saturday night in a row:j. My family love it.

I don't think you will find any recipes being posted as it breaks copyright and the site can get in trouble.

Plus the book is so cheap to buy and such good value, that people should buy it and support the author.

I've only ever made the Doner Kebab (I already have my own recipes for the other things I like) but for that recipe alone the price of the book is worth paying & you'll save as much & more the first time you make it

yes, buy the book, support the author :T :T :T
