Good evening ladies, I've finally plucked up the courage to post - I lurked my way through the less than 12 weeks pregnant thread, and I've been lurking in here for 3 weeks
So I kinda feel like I already know some of you
I'm 15 weeks, due 18th April, 2nd baby. Erm... Anything else I should say? Blimey, this is like a dating agency introduction :rotfl:
Paws... I'm thinking of you honey, sending you the biggest hugs. Might sound strange coming from a total stranger but I've read some of your previous posts so you're kind of familiar to me. xxxxxxxxx
And on that stalkerish note, I shall go back to lurkingAll horses deserve, at least once in their lives, to be loved by a little girl.

Back from the hospital, its not good, the chaance is actually higher than 1 in 2 and with the blood results, it could be edwards, patau or another syndrome, some of which are incompatiable with life. I have opted for a cvs as I need to know, and that can be done next week, where as an amino I would have to wait for another four weeks, which I couldnt cope with. With the blood results being so bad there is a high chance of heart defects. so its looking verrrry bad.
I'm so sorry hunI think you're doing the right thing, and I wouldn't be able to wait for the amnio either. Take care hun xx
The nuchal scan is done at the 12 week scan and bloods are also taken (that's how it worked at my hospital anyway).
Yes exactly, and then they write to you about a week or so later.baby girl born 27th oct @ 22:22, weighing 6lb 6.5oz. lovely waterbirth, and home within 3 hours :j

Giz - i had endo before having DD and pregnancy is actually the best cure for it, mine never came back after having her, so therefore if it is endo hopefully you may find it doesn't come back.
I didn't get any period pains with the bleeding after birth only the after pains of the uterus going back to normal size.Gizmodo, I think its a bit of an old wives tale that breast feeding keeps your periods away (or that it is a form of contraception) - sorry! Your previous issues with your periods sound a bit baffling, maybe they will clear up as mysteriously as they arrived after you give birth.ticklepenny wrote: »Giz - not quite the same but I had hormonal problems that effected my periods since they started so I would have 1 then the next wouldnt be for 3-6 months then the next was 2 weeks later and they were very heavy and painful.... I was told it was Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome but at my 1st scan with DD they said I must have been diagnosed. After DD arrived I started to have periods that were more regular (every 28-36 days), lighter and only lasted 5 days max. There is hopeI was lucky that my periods were regular (like clockwork every 28 days) but just pure agony. I'm hoping I'm not just a wimp and they are extremely painful as then maybe they'll make the pain during labour seem like nothing! I can wish can't I?

Giz sorry I did mean to answer this but had so many posts to read forgot
I went back on the pill 6 weeks after DD was born, the doc gave me a prescription after going through different forms of contraception.

Only 3 days till your due date!!! I can't believe how time has flown by! I so clearly remember you getting your BFP on the other thread!Metranil_Vavin wrote: »I wonder if we'll all be back on the TTC thread again together?
TMI Alert. There hasn't been any mention of "special poos" lately, but after weeks of being bunged up, things have become rather looser over the last day or so (I can't believe I'm posting details of my bowel functions online!) Hopefully this means something will happen soon (after I've had a go at getting TT tickets, obviously
)
