Oh, GFH - I have the exact same pair!!! They are soooooo comfy and flattering too. I like how you can flap over the top as much or as little as you want. And they're very MSE :money:

They do look better on than in the pic!

Oh anm I too got the spin but also got the car seat and adapters and then put it on the babyplan to avail of the money off that I got on it....I went for the maxi cosi even at the dearer price coz I didn't like the look of the other one.....when are you due???

Due xmas day lol, i love the pram have done since i first saw it lol, What colour have you got ?? i went for the olive and now need to find a changing bag, might just go for a plain black one. Looking at the Britax i'm not that fussed and looking online i could get the Maxi Cosi for about £99 which is slightly better than £125.

Digital - please try and not to worry too much, I ate a McFlurry at about 14 weeks not knowing that you shouldn't really eat whippy ice cream and sent myself potty with worry (which is not hard)!

I have a list of food that I haven't eaten since finding out I'm pregnant and I'm going to indulge once the little fella is here!

Thanks hun, I am a worry wart anyway :o

I am such a tool. I had the idea of checking the leftover ribs to get a second opinion from OH and the meat wasn't even pink, it was brown. Must have been the light! :o:o:o

Hello Ladies, I'm graduating from the less than 12 weeks thread.

I'm 14 weeks pg and due on 21st April. Had my DS yesterday, bubs looks big and strong and had a strong hearbeat.

This is my first and I have NO clue whatsoever about babies, so expect some daft questions from me lol.

Hey Ice! Welcome! I've only been over here since yesterday :)

You've certainly moved forwards in your dates :)
  • Ladies, I'm worried as was eating some spare ribs from Chinese tonight, and pretty sure I was looking at every mouthful before eating and saw some pink and spat my last bit out and didn't eat anymore of that side. Just ate the bits which were white (pork spare rib). I don't think I ate any pink, but really freaking out now :(

Also read somewhere you're not supposed to eat salami or hotdog sausages when pregnant, but I've had both a few times now. Salami from Subway and the tinned hot dogs boiled.

My OH reckons I'm being silly and over the top, but I'm scared incase I get that toxoplasmosis thing or food poisoning and hurt the baby :( I have cats and OH always changes the litter box, I do try and be careful. I have read a bit too much, but some sites say if you have cats you may have had the toxo thing before and become immune to it without realising.

Please can someone reassure me, or should I have a blood test for the toxo thing? :(:(:(

This is my first pregnancy but I eat shell fish and soft cheeses and runny eggs (as long as their red lion) Because I have never had food poisoning with any of these before so why would it happen now? Plus when I was in the 1st trimester I had a real thing for bree lol. Plus I have two dogs that I still walk and scoop their pooop. Glad your panic is over now.

I had my 24wk midwife appt this week, everything is fine but I got my blood results today (Im hypothyroid) and they are really random. (still in the "norm") but Ive been feeling really crappy like Im not in the "norm" so have decided to increase my iron levels as anemia has similar symptoms. If I feel no better this time next week I will ask for more blood tests.

Im off out tonight been feeling poop all week but I dont think I'll have another chance to go out, the club night we are going to is only once every couple of months and its the only time to catch up with the old crowd :(

RB hope your dad has a speedy recovery.

Tickle gratz on setting a date, we got married with 6 weeks to plan. Dont regret any part of it. We had a v.small registry office ceromony, all our friends met us out side then we trundled up the hill in a convoy of vw campers to a local viewpoint/bbq area overlooking the cotswolds had a bbq untill 6ish. Went home for an hour to chill then had a party at our local pub (friends only).
    Loved it :D:j:beer::j:D
