    Hi!

I've been lurking around on here but never posted until now, thought it about time to introduce myself. I am Janine, married to Chris, both 25 years old and expecting our first child on 25/02/11, so we were at the halfway point yesterday. Got our next scan on 22/10, looking forward to seeing baby again although we are keeping the "flavour" a surprise for delivery day.

Hope all your pregnancies are going well and I look forward to keeping up to date with you all.

Thanks Tickle, that's a great idea. Your list is fab too! Must try this with my hubby - we currently have 5 possible names but are not convinced really on any one:) We have decided to wait until he is born before we make the final decision - see what he looks like :)

Also forgot to say, welcome Janine, hope you enjoy the remaining weeks of your pregnancy :D

You're a little behind me Janine, I'm due on 21st and have my next scan on 18th :D

This baby has really stepped up the wriggling the last couple of days... I wouldn't be surprised if you can feel it on the outside soon...

For names we just used to lie in bed with the lights off shouting random names at each other lol...
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

I have been feeling more and more movements each day the last week, I can now finally now notice the difference between gas and movements! LOL! Cant wait to feel it on the outside so hubby can feel it too.

Your name thing made me :rotfl: as that is what we have been doing, and it often ends up with lots of laughs as we start seeing who can come up with the funniest names.

Good luck for your scan, will you be finding out the sex?

i am losing the will to live with listing on ebay. On a manic clear out and its free listing weekend so seemed a good idea at the time.

Had physio yesterday, pelvis knackard. think i disturbed the whole hospital blasting paulo nutinis pencil full of lead as i arrived in the car.

Trying to make a decision on 3d scans. I want to go for one especially as baby wasn't really co-operating at 20 week scan. NAmes are our bugbear but have a boys name just not a girls, would be nice to know if we still had to think/argue or if we could leave it.

Is it a free listing day on ebay tomorrow too? If so, I have a huge pile of things I have been putting off listing!

Lilac you should have given me a wave when you were at physio, although I wasn't in work long yesterday. I had physio too but at Ninewells :( Nothing they can do for my hands, suggested icing my wrists every 2 hours and wearing my splints all the time - I manage to put them on at night, then when I wake up they are on the floor!! Sorry to hear about your pelvis, that must be awful, I've been lucky I suppose - I really don't think I could cope if my pelvis was bad.

On a brighter note, I made a playmat for baby today (not good for hands!) I had a patchwork piece that I made years ago, so used that as my centrepiece, then backed and edged it with gingham and filled it with a couple of layers of wading - I'm really pleased with the way it has turned out :D

Thats what I was going to say... Catw0man have you had acupuncture? I went yesterday for acupuncture for Carpal tunnel, and a mixture of cupping and accupuncture for my SPD. Not a huge improvement but am definitely feeling better but should really feel the effects after 4 sessions. :D
