    Morning Dusty!

Alcohol free Becks is really yummy and tastes just like lager. My DH bought some for me the other day and has been drinking it himself as he says it is refreshing, so there is the taste test done!!

Think you can get a six pack for under three quid. x

My nephew was over last night, he's nearly seven, and asked me when my baby was getting out!:rotfl:Like it was in prison!

I second Becks Blue if you want alcohol free beer, I've been drinking it all through the summer :) (Usually in a shandy, which DH finds very amusing!) It got a big thumbs up from my friend's bloke too as he works away and can now have a few beers watching the footie on a Sunday before driving back to the south east in the evening.

I'm off to get my hair cut and coloured this morning. It'll probably be the last time it gets coloured at the hairdressers for a while since I really won't be able to justify the cost when I'm on maternity leave. Not sure I can even justify it when I go back to work, since we'll have childcare costs to factor in too. So it looks like home hair dyes for me after today - I'm so going to make a mess of it!

And a slightly belated "Morning" 2girlsforme! Yep, I was wide awake from 5am this morning. Checked in on my phone before getting up and pottering. I might try having a nap in the afternoons as I'm usually knackered by about 9pm and ready for my bed, but just don't sleep very well at the moment.

Or maybe I should just get used to the lack of sleep, since it's probably only going to get worse!

Thanks ladies. Becks blue it is then. Is it wrong that I woke up at 8am thinking bout beer :)
  • Another vote for Becks Blue from me!

I had one last night actually with our takeaway. It's very like regular Becks, maybe just slighly less sweet, but you can hardly tell the difference.

My OH has got hooked on it too, so we usually have a stock in the fridge :)

  • Can anyone recommend a good book of baby names? I want an older one so it's not full of the weird and wonderful names concocted by recent celebrities!

I've tried using websites, but the lists and lists of names makes me want to cry. I'd find a book far less scary to deal with.

    Thanks

    Morning all x

Big bird I want my baby tomorrow now, yes I am a geek lol It's about 5lb 5 that's big enough surely.

Everyone here has a cold and I can barely keep my eyes open so there goes my plans for getting all the housework done. Think I will just get the laundry done and leave everything else for OH whilst I'm at work tomorrow. Been going to bed early and laying in but still so tired, I wonder if I have a touch of the cold as well but not full blown like DS and OH.

Hngrymummy I have a baby name book but it is generally rubbish and all the ones I've seen are pretty similar I think you would get better results googling for names. Sorry just read you found the lists scary, I think the books are just as bad.

2girls I think that disco music is playing here too, this baby doesn't stop dancing.
  • Sounds like I might just have to bite the bullet and sit down with a glass of somehing non-alcoholic and trawl t'internet. :(

  • Bold Ladies - try for a Sunday birth (easier said than done I know) your LO will have a date of birth of 10/10/10
Ok not quite bold but I'm full term tomorrow and am really hoping these aches & pains turn into something tonight so we can try for the 10th! But if not at least it'd get us out of going to a family do:o:rotfl:

It seems so daunting doesn't it? I'd say go have a look in the local library, most bok shops seem to stock just the most recent ones so the names area bit out there! The baby name book I have has very few traditional english names in it...most seem to be Asian or African.
We found our names by looking through the family tree, luckily both mums are really into it:) and also by looking throught the credits at the end of a tv programme/film......breaks it all down so is less daunting. But I did have the added advanatage of knowing I wanted traditional english/biblical/family names...its just my OH who is fussy:p:D

**HAPPY FULL TERM DAY** to Legs & Plymouth :T:T:T You can officially start getting excited about the random twinges now:p:D:rotfl:

Bump pics to follow once I've found the camera's battery charger:o:)
