Re life insurance - I have it for my mortgage too, do I need to let them know?My debt free diary | Post Office loan: £2131 1429.38 | Barclaycard: £4429 1988.12 | Paypal Credit £322.71 574.91 | Monzo Flex £169.03 |

Hmmmm we have life insurance for our mortgage but I think it's just for paying off the mortgage if one of us dies and that's it. I was thinking worst case if me and OH die and baby was left alone, although a mortgage free house is nice, who pays for their upbringing? I saw the blog martin wrote about level term...something about getting it for 18 years and there's a fixed payout of £200k say. I should dig out our current life insurance docs and check those first though I suppose.
Was also considering boiler cover for while I'm on Maternity Leave, but I can't make my mind up. Just seems to be so many negative comments about it.
DueMArch - yeah I hear subsequent babies can be felt soonerBaby Giz born 6/2/110 -
Just looked on http://www.cavendishonline.co.uk and it's not as bad as I thought. £11.60 a month for a join policy (£200k payout). Or £13.51 if we did separate policies. Don't know why but I thought it was going to be £50 a month or something.Baby Giz born 6/2/110

We had name issues last time and only decided on a boys name for definite while I was in labour... Didn't need it in the end... And my sister had a baby last month and pinched it! (Not her fault really, she didn't know lol) but this time around we're pretty definite on a name for either
Nice travel system Lilian, glad the seat's reversable... I much prefer reversable seats lol...A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...My Fathers Daughter wrote: »Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

I'm back, baby measuring 2 weeks ahead and there is more fluid around the baby than they would like so another scan in 2 weeks to see if there is any change and I've got to have another GTT, great. The interesting bits though, saw babies face and it was really clear and very cute looking, also current weight of baby at 31 weeks 5lb 5oz, not a small one.0

How lovely to have seen the face MERFE!
I've just made myself another appointment at the physio as my middle back is really hurting all the time - I know it's normal but I could do with some stretches for it.
Krystal - OH wanted the pram as it has all-round suspension - men are funnyAlthough I do see his point, that is better for baby x

I had a big bouncy 2 in 1 for DD1 when she was born... Used it for DD2 for a while too (Until it got too squeaky and was an embarrasment to push lol) and it was really nice... Modern pushchairs just don't have the bounce that the vintage style ones do...
The Oyster has cantilever suspension on the front wheels that's supposed to be good, I just find it sometimes tries to tip forward when you're going down a kerb or getting off the bus... It's made me change the way I go down things with it now...A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... as for boiler cover...depends on how old the boiler is and would you be able to pay for a new one if the current one went kaput? If you can without worries then I'd be tempted not to bother1.11.09 - debt = £45k:eek:

Boiler is only 2 years old and we're about to get it fixed because it keeps cutting out with an error when the heating attempts to come on. I'd hope it's not likely that it'd need replacing, but I know £1500 for a new boiler while on Mat leave wouldn't be doable. While I'm working we could afford it though. So I was thinking of just doing it for a year for peace of mind really.Baby Giz born 6/2/110 -
Hi, congrats on all the babies! It's getting very close for me 34w 4d. Had my 35wk appointment a bit early today and the baby is about 5lb 8oz. They said that is in the normal range (I thought it sounded big). All good, but racing in. Still in work full time for another 4 weeks!0
