  • How do I post a pic girls I hve no idea, never done it before?
  • I also meant to say Hi to all! (pregnancy brain, can only think 1 thing at a time at the moment).

Ash - Norwich is just a bit too far as its an hour away and with a 2yr old in tow it wouldn't work, I live in north west Norfolk.

Em - I hope the BP sorts itself out.

You lot should all be consultants :D

Feeling far more chilled now, will just call MW over W/E if I feel rough, if not I am in next week for a routine appt anyhoo :D
  • Hi emsy, 150 is on the high side but as others say the bottom number is good. When I had my high b/p in pregnancy in went up to 150/100ish and even with max dose of meds the bottom number didn't come down below 90. This led to reduced blood flow to baby and smaller baby, but trust me he his making up for it now - I don't think he gets off my breasts at all!
Thomas born 28/08/2010 weighing 5lbs and 4ounces, small but perfectly formed :j:j Now weighs 19lbs and 5 ounces

So, I don't remember seeing any bump pics from you Legs or Fuzz?????

I just bought my first packet of nappies - well 2 packs for £6 in Sainsbugs - Pampers Newborn. Haven's hown DH yet - it may just freak him out :D

I posted a pic only 2 weeks ago but if you're still eating, don't have a look.;) I out-stretchmark Fuzz and no, I'm not proud of that achievement.:p

Speaking of nappies, I'm trying right now to order some dirt cheap reuseables/terries and wraps for newborns...It's a nightmare as all the bargains have long been snapped up by the professional mums.
I plan to use Bumgenius v4 and Flips but they are better for older babies and I have nothing yet for the early weeks.
    Better get back to it...

Cheers Fuzz. I wear leggings to work (they don't pay enough for me to make an effort :)) so they should see me a while yet. have treated myself to 2 pairs of mat jeans from M+P sale for weekends.

Oh, just realised this is your month of birth.......how exciting. I remember you getting your BFP...it has gone so fast..x

I'm going to come out of lurkdom if you don't mind me joining you all. I'll be 12 weeks on Monday. This is baby number 3. I have my 12 scan on 14th of Oct, even though I'll be nearly 14 weeks by then.

My oh works and lives away so I get very board in the evenings when I've no one to talk to. I can usually be found on one thread or another talking rubbish.

My plan is to use reusable nappies from month 2 onwards. I will use disposables for the first month to make life easier. I've tried researching reusables but there are so many out there!! I shall have a look at the ones that you've mentioned :)
