Kitkat i was wondering today how you were!
lovely pramsuits, I have a snowsuit a lady gave me on freecycle, says newborn but it's massive...may have to buy a cuter one once we know the sex though!
DTD with DH this aft (this is what happens when they shut the forum!) obviously accomodating my SPD, but was nice to be close! Had a snooze for an hour too, feel like hibernating! Am a little sick of DH's new game already but as he's got the day off and I'm unable to go anywhere I can't really complain!
Aww thanks RachI do feel a bit of a loose end atm
I have posted on the parenting forum and they do seem lovely there. I actually 'slept when the baby slept' this avo as everyone keeps recommending, defo a good idea I actually feel human again!!!!
Lol @ DTD with OH due to forum being closed! In the final few weeks of pregnancy we did it everyday... now I am terrified to do it (due to having horrible stitches)

Anyone looking for the Angelcare Movement and Sound monitor its on offer at Tesco's;
http://direct.tesco.com/q/R.203-9708.aspx
This is the best price I have seen it for. Defo worth every penny; we use ours every night (baby is in our room I just need reassurance he is breathing ok) the nightlight is good too, not too bright but bright enough to change a nappy or do a feed0 -
cheers for that kitkat, thats a brill price!
i think i know what it was that i thought i had forgot to buy - cardigans!! i am a dafty! i only have one which is part of his going home outfit so nowhere near enough :rotfl:kind of glad it gives me something to do, so going to go shopping for some tomorrow. even though i know im having a boy, in the back of my mind i keep thinking "but what if its a girl?" so i still havent bought lots of blue etc.

Those snowsuits are sooo cute. Might have to 'accidentally' buy one at the weekend while I'm out and about without DH. I need to get a cushion for work to support my back, and something for the bump at night when I lie on my side. I 'bump' but in reality I just look like I've had a hearty meal. Most of my clothes still fit, so not many excuses for buying new ones
I'm a bit worried at the moment, as I don't really feel as though I'm 'bonding' with my bump. It was nice to hear a heartbeat yesterday, but I wasn't grinning from ear to ear or excitedly calling everyone. I don't really feel terribly close to it at all, it's just 'there' (although it's a very much wanted baby). I'm hoping it's just down to still feeling grim.If having different experiences, thoughts and ideas to you, or having an opinion that you don't understand, makes me a troll, then I am proud to be a 100% crying, talking, sleeping, walking, living Troll. :hello:0 -
It probably is to do with how horribly sick you've been hngry.
I'm sure as time goes on you'll bond with bumpMetranil dreams of becoming a neon,You don't even take him seriously,How am I going to get to heaven?,When I'm just balanced so precariously..0 -

Not sure I'm looking forward to a really good kicking, but it is nice to be feeling something (unless it is just windy-pops!)Metranil dreams of becoming a neon,You don't even take him seriously,How am I going to get to heaven?,When I'm just balanced so precariously..0 -
i feel like that too sometimes hngrymummy. in fact my friend is due around the same time as me and im much more excited for her, and i get more excited for people on here aswell than i do about things that are happening to me. sometimes i feel like my pregnancy is happening to someone else. my OH is much more excited than me, totally in love with the baby etc, but i feel a bit detatched sometimes. then of course il find myself getting all excited over sleepsuits. it must be the hormones that make me go up and down?0
