    hi all

Back from the hospital, scan was fine, I didn't really get to look as I was lying too flat to see and didn't want to know the sex still! Baby is measuring 'within the normal range' though with a slightly big tummy (fat like its mother then....). Estimated current weight is about 3.1kg which I think is about 6lb13oz. Nipped in to go over the results with a mw after who was lovely and wants me to see consultant or one of his team re my hips just to check I am ok re natural birth. So have appt for 21st. She thinks they are unlikely to let me go overdue.

also went up to the physio dept, saw lovely guy who said crutches may help and said go back if I need to. He said tens machine may also help.

Feel more chilled and less hormonal now. DH home early so easy dinner for us and end of a film which we didn't watch the other night as the lovefilm disc was scratched!

Don't worry too much about a large belly... It just means it's full of amniotic fluid... If the measure right after the baby's had a wee it would be smaller ;)
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

Oh nene she is sooooo beautiful!!!!
I love her dark hair i am so desperate for this one to have my dark hair at birth i think it looks gorgeous.

I am really really desperate for my little girl now.
Did you go for Scarlett because of her Vivien Leigh like hair?

You're right Gems - at least we know we're getting consistent stories from them which puts my mind at rest!

NENE what lovely hair scarlett has. I always liked that name but my family carries the ginger gene.

I hope Courgette is having mummy cuddles.

Triple test results received today. Combined risk one in over 18000 so I am a more than happy bunny.

    Hi All,

Congrats to Smartie, so sorry things have stopped again Courgette!

I saw my midwife again today, two days of no movement and concern about how amaemic i am!
Anyway bubs is now measuring 29 weeks and is no longer breach, and my iron levels have only just dropped below the preferred level, so not anaemic as such but pre-empting it! so will only take one tablet a day and not two. Bubs is now moving around a lot to make up for worrying me a little, i think being extremely busy at work does make the bean a little more lethargic! I have worked 4 days already this week and am still at work having started at 8am! And my hubby thinks i am tired because i must be anaemic, i think i am just tired because anyone would, working 12 hr days for a 6 day week!

Oh well, no complaints yet here all doing well.

Lets hope labour starts good and proper tonight for you courgette :)

Nene - lovely pics of your little one, I love her hair!

LL - I'm on iron tablets too, I know some people have problems with them but I've been OK, not caused constipation and I've been on them over 2 weeks now. Hope will be OK for you too! And yes 12 hour days will be tiring, especially for a pregnant woman!
