oh exciting, still, even if empty go for a couple of viewings if you can.

We bought our house empty from an old lady's son as she had passed away. love our house. ours was on at 105,000 and we offered 102,000. This was while the property market was doing well however so you can probably make lower offers now if no one else seems interested and you are in a good place to move things forward quickly. Garden was a nightmare though!! Just check that things have been maintained on the property etc whilst it has been empty.

Hope you find a house you love soon if it is not this one. :)

Its on offers around 130,000, Needs alot of work but the EA just gave us the keys today as its empty so we had a good wander. It is nice but the whole project with 3 under 5 thing is concerning plus some of our deposit is equity here and we have not sold yet. :rotfl:

yes ours needs some work too but with new carpets down all upstairs it was liveable and have just sorted the downstairs out now. New kitchen and bathroom would still be nice of course :p We moved house with a three month old baby :rotfl: never again!

Don, I had BH all the way through last time and I was worried I wouldn't know when it all kicked off... But I did!
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

Thanks Krystaltips - I am getting them now and have been for about the past hour. however whenever I think about timing them, they stop lol! it certainly feels like they are stretching things down below but they don't seem to last long, maybe 20/30 seconds overall and about 5/10 seconds more intense.

  • Congratulations Smartie on your little girl!! Wish you a speedy recovery!

Good luck Courgette, I really hope this is it for you!!

Having a carp day, decided that I hate work and can't wait for the next 73 days to go until I leave. I was annual leave last week and it seems most of the jobs have been left for me to pick up this week - no fair!

I don't know if anybody else has been the same but I'm struggling to stand for any longer than 10 minutes without feeling faint/sick and I've had some strange "electric" shocks across my bump a few times today too - very odd!! If the faintness feeling doesn't get any better I think I'm going get in touch with the midwife.

Also my poor old cat has gone off her legs, she has been a bit under the weather for about a week but I didn't know if she was just pining for the eldest one that we have just lost (about 10 days ago) or the trauma after being allegedly tourmented by some child, so we nipped her the vets and she is not sure what is up with her so we've had some blood tests done on her. So we are now £105 worst off. Poor old thing is so down in the dumps :(

Gonna go back and catch up on the thread now, didn't have time today in the office so sorry if I've missed anyone's news!!

Labour vibes for everyone who needs them!!
