    morning all

    Just popping on to say.........
Good Luck Induction ladies :j:j we'll all be thinking of you.

Went to bed early last night so couldn't sleep in but feel so much better for it! DH despite allegedly being exhausted was still playing on the PS3 when I got up for the loo at midnight :mad::mad:

Am going to phone in sick today, SPD is v painful and to be frank I just can't face working, even from home. DH going out with his parents and his sister and the little ones but they're going to a farm, I'm not going as a) dh is paranoid it's not safe for preg women and b) I can't stand or walk around there so it's a bit pointless. I am catching the bus to my friends instead to take her DS's bday present. :)

Also want to do a couple more loads of baby washing, determined to get the room sorted this weekend!

I was going to meet sir monster for lunch today but she got a better offer :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Well I don't know how the other soon to be induced ladies are getting on, but sitting at home waiting for the labour ward to ring me back to find out my fate for today. I guess it will be a day of waiting around!!

I'm feeling nervous for you! :o

Is that to check they have a bed or just to see what time?

Good luck to the ladies having inductions today. I'm out and about most of the day and going away for the weekend early tomorrow, but have got a new phone that I can use the net on so can check in for updates ;-)

Giz - wow your 16wk pics look like me now - I'm 31wks!!! I really do look quite pathetic, although the only bonus is theres no belly in the way so i can still do most things without huffing puffing. Yours does look cute though!

Good luck to all you ladies being induced or having sweeps :j

Can't sleep so I'm off to the gym......
That'll be why mine is the same size as your 31 week - the gym! I'm terribly unfit, although not overweight. I joined the gym about 2 months before getting preggers, but I froze my membership as I was just too tired to use it. I'm starting up again May 2011. I really should do more exercise but I'm just too tired after work. I try to walk into town and back during my lunch break - about 30 minutes of walking.

welshlassie I started a cross stitch for DD when I was pregnant with her, thinking I'd have loads of time to get it done on maternity leave. It's probably 3/4 finished and she is 5 lol I really should dig it out - I might get it done in time for this one.

I have my 25 week appointment today, have to take both the little uns with me, should be fun. Normally they are great one their own but together a right pair, they were really good at the cinema the other day though so hopefully they will be again today.
Eeek don't tell me that MERFE! I started a winnie and eeyore cross stitch about...4 years ago, I've done a third of it. I'm hoping to finish it in my 4-6 weeks mat leave I'll have before baby is born! Maybe I should be making more of an effort to do a little at night. It is really relaxing.

Good luck for your appointment, MERFE.

So who are the ladies up for induction? Sir Monster, and who else?

I wonder how freebie is? Anyone heard anything?

Off to mamas and papas today to try and get my 30% refund. I get really worked up about having to do things like this. :s I do feel I'm within my rights though. If I get the discount I shall buy another pair of jeans and the other top I liked.

I have a question about baby clothes...I want to buy a pram suit for baby's leaving hospital clothes as it's going to be February and probably freezing cold. What size do I get? Newborn or 0-3 months?

Good luck to the induction ladies today - How exciting!

We went round to some friends last night for a takeaway and to see their new baby daughter who is 5 weeks old - she was lovely :D I would be so broody if I wasn't already pregnant!!

Apparently they are busy, even if I came in there would be no room for me. I just don't want to be taken in just for monitoring on the ante natal ward otherwise I'll be stuck there until the due date, I think in that case I will stay at home until they can do the deed . .

Giz, I wouldn't get a snowsuit just yet... I would recommend cardis and blankets for coming out of hospital and then get a snowsuit when you know how big the baby is... The trouble with snowsuits is they tend to be huuuuuuuuuge too so you really need to be able to hold the baby up next to one lol...
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

Giz bump is lovely but gotta say very impressed with the belly tan..mines like a pint of milk, just like the rest of me:o:rotfl:

Rach bump is coming along nicely:)

Good luck for all inductions today...hopefully you'll all be at the bottom of the list come Monday:D I'm not jealous, I'm not jealous:p

I'm nearly 31 weeks and am just soooooo excited to meet baby, I seriously cannot wait:D Dh has agreed to me starting an eviction plan from 37 weeks, he won't let me do it any earlier! and only agreed at 37 weeks coz he wants bubs' bday to be 10/10/10:rotfl:Told him that was highly unlikely seeing as I hit 37weeks on 10/10/10 but we'll see:D

Appropriate vibes to all in need xxxxxxxxxxxx

Just on for a sec to let everyone know the scan went fine today. They will still want to have another look at 21 weeks but at least we have been reassured everything looks as it should so far. Lovely to see bubs again despite the circumstances :D.

Will be on tomorrow to check how all our induction ladies are doing.

Good luck to everyone having an induction today! Looking forward to seeing lots of baby photos over the weekend.

Had my scan yesterday. All looks good and baby is growing well. Very active!

Brilliant news for both of you!

Good luck to all the induction ladies today and over the weekend, we'll have a feast of pictures to drool over next week :D
