I cancelled mine using that freepphone number(they were totally rubbish) and it has now turned up ! grrr! its a pink one and i could easily flog it for more money than i got it for but has it put me under some sort of contract with them? e.g £10 a month top up? and can you unlock these phones?0

Never, ever, ever again will I purchase anything from this company !
An hour and a half, second visit to my local store today ! I only wanted to return an item and have a refund as they didn't send me what I had ordered !! After all this wasted time, they still haven't managed to sort out how I can return the item and get the refund without ME having to pay over £6 Royal Mil Delivery charge !!!! The last option HO offered me was for me to post the item back to them at approx £6 cost and for them to issue me with a credit note of that value to spend in their store !!! Not f'cking likely !! I told them I'd no wish to ever walk in their store ever again, let alone spend any money on their products !!
Now, I'm just a wee girlie but they even threatened me with pointed fingers that they would call security to remove me from the store if I didn't stop arguing with them !! !!!!!! !!! I'M SO F'CKING ANGRY !!!
How the f'ck was I suppose to sort the return/refund if the company themselves couldn't work out a way to achieve this between them !
Great, a day tomorrow ringing 0870 numbers and arguing the toss again with f'cking incompetent sales staff !!!!!!!

I sent mine yesterday by royalmail special deliver.
This was the only way they said i could get my refund as i refused to travel 30 miles to there nearest shop.
The man was the rudest customer service i have ever spoken to.
When i asked why i should pay for there mistake (meaning the cost of postage)
He said we are the ones who are paying by putting up with flak by rude customers for days.
I also asked why it would take 14 days to refund my money and he replyed by saying were doing you a favour,our website says 30days.
I would never ever use them again...... even if it was the grabbit of the year.0 -
I can confirm the company is totally crap, the worst customer service I have ever come accross. Just as well, I cancelled before they despatched, but still awaiting refund. I, another one, will never ever buy again from these **********!!!0

The guy who's trying to sort this for me seems quite helpful ( praise the Lord ! ) Surprise, surprise, apparently there is no record of their threatening behaviour towards me on my customer notes !!!! Totally unbelievable.....

Over 2 hours stood arguing in store, more minutes and money than I care to imagine spent on the phone and guess what ?!?! It's been catagorically confirmed to me that I could have simply been refunded my money the first time that I popped into my local store asking to return this item !!!! !!!!!! !!!!

Ok, it's not yet sorted, I now have to put everything in writing and send to head office because the 7 days distance thingy has now passed so it's not simply ( LOL ) a case of me going back instore to get a refund !!! Bunch of instore !!!!!! !0 -
i only got mine on thursday so i should be ok to return, ill pop in tomorrow, they are a disgrace. we should all send letters of complaint demanding the rest of the order, also contact THEIR local trading standards0
