Seriously dreich morning and just realised that I left my gardening gloves and secateurs lying on top of the bin yesterday

Natty - I love your descriptions of the birds in your garden
Greenbee Valli - :T:T I know what you mean about sharing your space. I think a 'not resident' OH would have suited me if one had ever come along.
Valli - that well is super!

    Morning all.
DW, WM and TD all going. It's been raining here all night and we're to get high winds today and tonight. Must move all that could blow away.

Hubby has an appointment this morning, kids at school club in the afternoon and i have a house to clean. :rotfl:

Rhys had been up a couple of times through the night but went back to sleep easily.
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.

    Morning all

Starting with dailies and a tidy up of the kitchen and then I'll see where I am with my list.

    Breakfast first though.

  • Morning all. Valli how's your MFW challenge coming??

Today I must 1. conquer the ironing mountain, 2. conquer nerves about exam results (tues) and 3. get the sofa covers dry and back on the sofa.

And one of my things on ebay is at £42 with an hour left to go:j

    Morning all

I'm struggling to get out of bed at the moment - must get back to better habits.
Breakfast and two cuppas decluttered, so there's no excuse now. As there are toys everywhere I think DS2's room is where I need to start. Once he's got his space sorted, stuff from the other rooms can actually be put away. I may be some time, but at least I can make him help. I won't update the 'big' list until tonight, as it's way too long.

    Also to do today:
    WM, TD and DW
buy anniv card for DH for tomorrow
bully DS1 into finally getting papers done in between showers
check dates for two parties DS2 has been invited to
    send text to friend

Hellyboo - sounds like you had a rough night with your little ones. Hope you are ok.

    Happy flying, everyone.

ETA I'll join you in the HHC, MOAM. And grateful, I feel the same about Tuesday. Don't think there's a way of getting over the nerves for me, especially as there'll be the added exitement of DS1's results this year. Anything less than a C in Maths would mean that he'd need 3 years at college, rather than 2.
