OMG Pigpen I was just being nosey at your profile and you have 9 children.* Insert bowing smilie*,
I couldn't work out why you were buying so many shoes:rotfl:
You seem so together and not at all frazzled.
I struggle not to lose it with just 2!!
:T Go PIGPEN :T0 -
Well I got off my bum and have cleaned all downstairs windows inside!
Just off to put wm load #2 in TD and collect ironing pile

Went for a pre op check today, found out that my op is on the 27th not 23rd which is a pain as I'd made arrangements (will have to re make them damn)
It was a bit of a waste of time really as the nurse didn't tell me anything about the op, just did stuff I could have answered on the phone, weight, height, smoker? illnesses etc. Good job I took a book and there is a Costa Coffee so I had a nice latte while I waited.
OH is sleeping so I am trying to be quiet, going to load WM in a mo, trying not to wake him!!Go hopefully into each new day, enjoy something from every day no matter how small, you never know when it will be your last0 -
Hey DIVA!!! I replied to your post on the Daily, but just to reiterate, it's lovely to see you back.
You've been missed!
I've finished tidying up the stuff that was in strange places while Penny stayed; kitchen trolley is now back in the kitchen; my jacket is back in the wardrobe in the spare room (was keeping it handy for "walkies"), and the fruit bowl is back on the coffee table (was on my computer desk, as Penny likes to investigate comestibles if they're in reach).
Pip and Pandora will be arriving Friday morning, but they're just here til Monday. I'm hoping Pip's legs are improved (she'd just had cruciate ligament surgery when they were last here) so that we can have some nice walks.;)
I've also decluttered a WHOLE 250 CALORIES on the Wii Fit.:jIf your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0 -
MSDiva - lovely to see you post
.
Thanks to everyone for the congrats for DD1. I'm so thrilled. I've taken another phone call this afternoon from a car dealership who want her to come for an interview. She's decided to stick with what she has got but has rung them back (good manners are firmly instilled in this household).
I've been a busy girl ironing and am about to begin my 3rd HHI. I've been up to DS1's lair and he has just got dressed. Tidying up is a very slow work in progress for him.0 -

God I hate hoovering the sofas! Was hoping to at least make it worthwhile and find a couple of quid down there but I came out with the grand total of 7p lol
Still it's done now at least :T have also WM & TDx2 today, S&S'd the kitchen, been to the library and tesco, put some more laundry away, as well as most of levels 1, 2 and 3 and a couple of extras, as well as dealt with a toddler and a newborn!
Still want to wipe windows and glass, ornaments etc (dont have many anyway, they don't survive well with a toddler about) in today's areas but I'm gonna have a cuppa and chop up the veg for tonights dinner (hoi sin lamb stir fry - yummmmmm) while the kidlets aren't demanding anything, and need to pack OH a gym bag  for when he gets back from work first.
Oh, and does anyone have any recommendations for cleaning vaseline off a flat screen telly? DS got hold of some and smeared it everywhere a while ago, but I can't get the streaks off the tv :mad:So, there are these boys,
They kinda stole my heart,
They call me Mummy
