Oh, I love a list! The downside to my new regime is that I got some Domestos on one of OH's fave fatface tops, and I only got it as it was cheap, I normally avoid bleach - and now I know why!! Was thinking about offering to repay the debt 'in kind', but honestly, far too knackered for all that

Tuesday - Sitting Room and Hallway
    Level One

[STRIKE]Open the windows and turn on some music![/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]Vacuum floors and sofas![/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]Declutter the chairs, floor and top of any cupboards![/STRIKE]
    Level Two
[STRIKE]Vacuum under any furniture you can.. please don't injure yourselves![/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]Sort out coats, shoes and bags[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]Clean any ornaments, glass, mirrors, pictures etc[/STRIKE]

Today was pretty easy, since I started flying last week I've tended to have a tidy living room before bed so there's not much to do in the morning, just the usual dusting and hoovering and any extra stuff on the list. Does this mean I'm "getting it?" Woo hoo a week of flying is starting to pay off already!!

Anyhoo, DS2 back to school tomorrow, then get rid of DS1 in the afternoon (he's off to Germany for 10 days), and I have a reasonably clean house - oh Joy, I'll have time just for me!!:T

Thanks to all the Flylady organisers - Pigpen, Toots et al!:A:A

    Evening all

Just had a massive rain storm here. I've been to check on the neighbours cats and all 3 are awol even the 17 year old one. I'll go back in 30 minutes to check again.

Managed to get back from cricket just in the nick of time to get the washing in before the heavens openned.

Finished Mum's paperwork which is a great feeling.

Found £10 in DH shirt whilst ironing it - it has been through the wash.

    Shoe shopping for DS2&3 tomorrow.

Hellyboo, I can beat your 7p too - found £2.50 in the pocket of OH shorts! I figured it was a tip for the maid.........!

I love it when that happens :j I practically live off what my OH leaves in his trouser pockets!

Bub is being a big grot bag tonight, and surprise surprise OH has gone out, so I'm sitting here rocking his chair with my foot while trying to sort out some invoices. Has anyone with little ones here tried colief? Its meant to help babies digest their milk more easily but I've heard some nasty rumours about it. It's very expensive too. Want to get some opinions before I splash out and try it.
    So, there are these boys,
    They kinda stole my heart,
    They call me Mummy

OMG - just been panicking that I'd managed to offend someone already, yikes!, only to reread the reply and read, round peg in round hole..............doh! I'm a bit of a sarcastic !!!!!! and thought I'd been misunderstood. Mind you, I can't be the only one whose been known to swap 'wifely duties' for getting out of the washing up..........?!

My house is so much nicer already. Am now sat watching Beeny, drinking Hampshire rose champagne ahead of my birthday tomorrow. Not quite Moet, but hey, I'm not complaining!! Wonder if such generosity will strtech to OH doing the flylady list for tomorrow.........now THAT would be a good present!!!

Fantastic news! Well done to your DD1.
Just found out we're getting a costco card (via OH's work). Going to stock up on flour/marg etc, well anything that's going sky high in MR T's

I usually get teabags (branded), tins (tomatoes, baked beans, sweetcorn, soup), sugar (if you can find space for 15 bags :(), pitta breads and similar stuff, milk. It's worth taking your time and checking prices very carefully, as some things can be dear.
