I love it when that happens :j I practically live off what my OH leaves in his trouser pockets!

Bub is being a big grot bag tonight, and surprise surprise OH has gone out, so I'm sitting here rocking his chair with my foot while trying to sort out some invoices. Has anyone with little ones here tried colief? Its meant to help babies digest their milk more easily but I've heard some nasty rumours about it. It's very expensive too. Want to get some opinions before I splash out and try it.

Get it on prescription!!!! I don't pay for ANYTHING I don't have to!!!

If mine decides to be a grot tonight she is going in the wheelie bin!!!

  • I usually get teabags (branded), tins (tomatoes, baked beans, sweetcorn, soup), sugar (if you can find space for 15 bags :(), pitta breads and similar stuff, milk. It's worth taking your time and checking prices very carefully, as some things can be dear.

I know its a little sad, but I've been on the Mr T website, priced all my basic buys up by the kilo and have it all written up - the OH is going to love me on thursday. Still, he thinks i'm a changed woman. Kitchen is STILL tidy, the stairs too!

I could really do with some "you do have the strength to get through this week" vibes if they are at all possible and don't detract from the vibes being sent to those far more needy than me...

Sounds like a considerable need to me, so coping vibes are on their way.

Hi. Still no cake :(, but a nice dinner with spuds and runner beans from the garden, followed by last night's crumble and custard. :D
I've not been as busy as I had planned, but it's been a nice day. Will update my list now, have a cuppa and then see if I can do something for 15 minutes. Good intentions...

DS2 has been given two exercises by the physio - muscles in his legs are too tight and need stretching. We are due to go back mid-September to see if it's making a difference.
